    Research on Power System Matching of Pure Electric Commercial Vehicle

    In this paper, four powertrain schemes are designed based on pure electric commercial vehicle. According to the
    requirements of the vehicle's dynamic performance and economic index, the parameters of the power system were first
    matched, and then the speed ratio parameters of the transmission system were optimized by using the multi-island genetic
    algorithm. Finally, the actual operating conditions of xi'an city were imported into the cruise software for simulation
    comparison. The results show that the performance of the vehicle can be improved by optimizing the speed ratio parameters.
    The four powertrain schemes designed meet the requirements of the vehicle performance index under the actual working
    condition in xi 'an, among which the double-motor powertrain scheme is more economical.

    Aiming at verifing the strength performance of a new energy light commercial bus battery pack bracket. Firstly,the finite element model of the battery pack bracket was established. it was strength analyzed by loading gravity field in different directions based on stress state of different working conditions, the analysised result showed that its stress was less than the yield strength of the material, so it could meet design requirements. Lastly, the thickness of battery pack bracket was optimization design based on integration platform, the battery pack bracket optimal thickness were obtained, its strength performance could meet the requirements after optimization, and its weight was reduced by7.7%, the effect of light weight was reached.

    The ambient temperature has a great impact on the true driving range of pure electric vehicles. Therefore, this paper designs a new instrument display strategy of driving range based on the instrument display function of pure electric vehicles and taking the environmental temperature factor into consideration.This strategy effectively reduces the deviation between the vehicle's driving mileage displayed by the instrument under different ambient temperatures and the vehicle's real driving mileage, so that users can more accurately evaluate the vehicle's real driving mileage while using the vehicle, and thus improve the user's car experience.

    With the increasing popularity of electric vehicles, the market pays more and more attention to the safety of electric vehicles, especially the battery safety in the process of collision. This paper analyzes the simulation analysis method of electric vehicle rear-end collision based on Ls_Dyna finite element simulation analysis software, describes the basic requirements of rear-end collision simulation analysis, model establishment, analysis method, and simulation results postprocessing requirements. Through the use of standardized virtual development technology, greatly shorten the development cycle and development cost. The simulation analysis method has a good guiding role for the pre-test investigation, optimization verification and performance improvement.

    Experimental Frosting Study under Protection Condition of Front Evaporator on New Energy Vehicle

    To study the frosting problem of the front evaporator of new energy vehicles, a frosting test bench has been built. Considering the general low-pressure protection strategy of compressor, the frosting of front evaporator has been studied. The results show that the outlet air temperature and heating capacity of the system decrease continuously with the development of frost layer, and the maximum loss reaches 48.7%. Therefore, the system must compensate the lost heating capacity by other ways. The COP of the system will rise after entering the low-pressure protection. By using PTC to compensate the loss of frosting heating capacity, the total efficiency of the system decreases from 2.2 to 1.4. It is recommended to use PTC under the driving condition to compensate the loss of heating capacity caused by frosting.

    Vehicle Autonomous Lane Changing Control Based on Preview

    In this paper, the method of autonomous lane changing for high-speed vehicles is studied. Considering the dynamic characteristics of vehicles, a simplified two degree of freedom vehicle model is established. In order to better simulate the actual curve, the lane changing trajectory planning model adopts quintic polynomial curve. Based on the preview point search model and dynamic model, the transfer function between the front wheel angle and preview error is calculated, and the trajectory tracking controller is designed by feedforward and feedback. The simulation results show that the control effect of the autonomous lane change control strategy is better.

    With the rapid development of the network technology of intelligent connected vehicles, the classification of vehicle cyber security risk will provide a good reference for the cyber security management of intelligent connected vehicles. This paper were introduced for auto parts in the process of risk assessment for cyber security risk classification method, using the mixture of qualitative and quantitative analysis method of cyber security related items on vehicles information to identify and extract the key features, at the same time, based on the quantitative assessment of the potential attack method to estimate the risk level is calculated. In addition, the validity of the proposed method is verified by using the T-box as an example.

    In view of the automatic driving function of the freeway, the human-machine interaction plan designed in this paper takes full account of how to make the driver establish trust in the automatic driving system, and display the surrounding environment and function state of the autopilot to the driver in a reasonable way through instruments, MP5, seat belt vibration and so on. When the system is unable to complete the driving task and requires the driver to take over, the human-machine interaction system can give users multi-dimensional reminder through the way of vision, hearing and touch, so as to ensure the smooth handover between the driver and the automatic driving system.

The leading vehicle identification of intelligent vehicle based on vision sensor and radar sensor is one of the important development directions of intelligent vehicle. At present, some achievements have been made in related fields, but there is still room for improvement in detection accuracy and detection rate. In this paper, we outline the development process of the leading vehicle recognition algorithm based on the above two kinds of sensors and the existing leading vehicle recognition methods of domestic and foreign researchers, compare and analyze the relevant target detection methods, point out the shortcoming of vehicle recognition algorithm based on single sensor, and put forward a kind of reasonable improvement measure.

    The electronic fan can be distributed on demand, effectively improving the efficiency of the engine cooling system and reducing the engine temperature in time. According to the working requirements of the electronic fan controller developed on the basis of the S9S08DZ60 single-chip microcomputer, this paper analyzes the programs required by each function, determines the configuration of the corresponding registers, and designs the various bottom control programs and overall framework programs. A series of software programs including sensor signal acquisition program, switch signal input program and CAN bus communication program, etc., to control the normal operation of the single-chip microcomputer to realize the control of the electronic fan and meet the actual application requirements.

    In order to solve the disadvantages of the traditional rail transit test stand controller, such as unable to be customized, difficult protection of intellectual property rights, single interface, unable to synchronously sample and intelligent operation and maintenance, this paper designed a general controller system based on ZYNQ (ARM+FPGA) as the main processor and CPLD and MCU as the slave processors. Among them, ARM processor is used for Ethernet communication, wireless communication, big data storage, control logic and control algorithm implementation, and at the same time fast communication with FPGA through internal AXI bus interface.FPGA mainly uses the self-developed high-speed serial communication mode (SSB bus) and the slave processor CPLD to communicate. CPLD completes the requirement of high-speed parallel data acquisition by controlling multi-chip AD7606. ARM also communicates with MCU through CAN communication interface, realizing the expansion and control of low-speed multi-interface acquisition. The practical application of the controller shows that the controller can be flexibly configured as a test controller for each core control system of rail transit, and the verification of each function, performance and algorithm required by each core control system is completed, and the product performance is reliable.

    The experiment design technology of orthogonal array and latin cube, and the approximation models of polynomial response surface, kriging model and the radial basis function neural network were separately used to approximate the mapping relationship between the design variables and the performance parameters for the wings’ optimization. Considering the cost and accuracy of the approximation, the surrogate model based on radial basis function neural network was selected to replace the high precision aerodynamic analysis model to participate in the aircraft wings’ multidisciplinary optimization to realize the disciplines approximation and reduce the operation cost.

    There is inevitably a gap in the vehicle power transmission system, especially in the urban driving process, the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are frequently switched, stepping on the accelerator pedal during coasting downshifting will often induce serious shift shock problems. This article analyzes the reason of the impact from the hardware structure and control principle as the direction switching of the drive train. Through the control strategy and calibration optimization, the drive direction is actively switched during the gear shifting process, the feasibility of the strategy is verified by the actual vehicle test. And it has been promoted on related models.

    :The paper designed three kinds of automatic vehicle weighing system. Based on big data, the vehicle sensors of the on-board system collect the data of vehicle speed, engine torque, engine speed and so on. The software processes the data into the dynamic information of the total weight of the vehicle and cargo by algorithm, and realizes the supervision of the truck. The other two types of on-board load balancing system install strain/pressure sensors on the axle. By analyzing and processing the signal, the weight detector can get the real-time information of the total weight of vehicle and display it on the vehicle terminal. Users analyze vehicle information through the background management system of internet of vehicles. The above-mentioned on-board weighing system can measure the total weight of vehicles quickly, and effectively avoid the cheating phenomenon existing in the traditional dynamic weighing method, which has good practical value.

On the basis of summarizing the existing natural frequency and decoupling rate calculation and analysis theory of powertrain suspension system, a series of mathematical models suitable for programming technology suspension system design are established based on Matlab, and realized by GUI interface the stiffness parameters of the suspension system, the inertia parameters of the powertrain and the input of coordinate parameters can improve the development efficiency of the suspension system, and have good practicability and comprehensive promotion and application.

    The wheel bolt is an important safety part of the whole vehicle. If it breaks during driving, it may lead to serious traffic accidents. In this paper, the problem of wheel bolt thread failure occurred on site is investigated, analyzed and finally solved. The influence factors of bolt design, bolt tightening torque and so on were investigated and analyzed by FTA. Finally, it is confirmed that the thread failure of bolt is caused by too small friction coefficient of thread caused by oil contamination of nut.

    The traditional dynamic vibration absorber is widely used in the field of automobile vibration control because of its simple structure and good vibration damping performance. However, due to the invariable parameters of the transmission power vibration absorber and the narrow vibration damping frequency band, when the excitation frequency shifts, the vibration of the controlled object may increase. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a dual dynamic shock absorber. Based on the model of the dual vibration absorber, the analytical solution of the dual vibration absorber is derived, and the vibration damping performance is analyzed. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional dynamic vibration absorber, the dual dynamic vibration absorber has more stable performance in vibration control.

    This paper uses the finite element analysis method to analyze the alternator with permanent magnets, and simulates rotating machinery such as motors and generators through static structure analysis in simulation software, rotating machinery, and magnetic interfaces. Take the vehicle-use three-dimensional generator model as an example. When the rotor speed reaches 1 000 rpm, the safety factor is obtained within the required safety factor. After that, the material parameters, the rotation speed and the number of turns of the winding are used to generate the induced voltage on the generator. It is found that the coil length multiplication factor has a certain relationship with the total induced voltage of the stator coil.

    In view of the phenomenon of inner tread wear and outer shoulder wear of the front wheel of McPherson structure front suspension in the assessment of strengthened durable pavement, the paper analyzes the tyre factors, the stability of four-wheel positioning and the K&C characteristics of suspension. At the same time, with the aid of analytical data collected by means of load spectrum in real vehicle endurance condition, it is concluded that the mechanism of abnormal wear of the front wheel of the suspension structure appears under the condition of enhanced durability. And through the verification of special tire wear test, the rationality of the front wheel inner wear trend under this working condition is expounded, which provides a theoretical basis and analytical method for tire wear verification under the condition of enhanced endurance of similar vehicles.

    To meet the performance development and function safety requirement of EPS system, it is important to build up the effective EPS electronic testing system. PATAC integrate MTS steering performance bench with dSPACE HIL simulator, embed Carsim model to build new EPS HIL test system. Based on this bench, do On Center (OC) handling stability test and Double Lane Change (DLC) test with simulating wheel speed fault for a project. Get the objective test data of OC and the peak torque value of driver obstacle avoidance of DLC, which effectively supports the performance integrated development and functional safety verification of EPS before the real vehicle is available.

    In order to make the best setup for the timing system, three kinds of hydraulic timing tensioner project with different leakage gaps were designed for the engine, and the dynamic test of the timing system was carried out for every project. Some characteristic parameters of the timing tensioner were tested under different speeds, and these results were analyzed. The results show that the maximum oil pressure values in the high pressure chamber of the three timing tensioners are less than 50 bar, meeting the design requirements. The oil pressure value in the high pressure chamber of the maximum leakage gap project is the minimum among the three projects. Different oil temperature has little effect on the oil pressure of high pressure chamber. Piston motion values are all less than 4.7 mm, and the value of the maximum leakage gap project is the smallest. Therefore, the engine finally chooses to use the timing tensioner with the largest leakage gap value. The test method can measure the dynamic behaviour of engine timing system and provide technical support for the design of timing tensioner.

    Aiming at a series of 12 meters long hybrid car in different mileage (CCBC×11, CCBC×13 and CCBC×15) condition, adopt the thermostat control strategy (CD-CS) and dynamic programming (DP) algorithm to calculate the energy consumption. Under DP reverse optimization process, SOC is state variables, the battery output power ss control variables, the simulation results show that under different mileage, DP relative CD-CS to reduce energy consumption by 2.38% to4.54%, which makes full use of the power battery power and embodys the principle of global optimization. The analysis of energy consumption under different mileage shows that the energy saving effect of dynamic programming is better than that of thermostat control strategy with the increase of mileage.

    Based on the bus line strength, taking into account the bus operation area, operation type and the proportion of the number of buses in each area, 20 bus lines were selected, and the driving data of 20 buses were collected by on-board data acquisition equipment, a total of 11 370 170 effective driving data were obtained. Using the discrete coefficient of statistics to determine the required sample size, using MATLAB programming to achieve the overall effective test data of short trip division, principal component analysis (PCA) and K-means clustering analysis, a driving cycle of 1 250 s in Zhengzhou city was constructed based on the determined sample size, in line with the traffic characteristics of Zhengzhou city.
