Abstract: With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, China's domestic car storage is also increasing year by year, but the increase of car ownership will also lead to the increase of vehicle exhaust emissions. In recent years, China has put forward the construction goals of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", and the country has paid more and more attention to the earth environment. Electric vehicles use electricity as vehicle energy, which is clean, environment-friendly and pollution-free. New energy vehicle enterprises such as BYD and Geely have emerged in China. Compared with gasoline vehicles, the battery of electric vehicles accounts for the main part of the weight of the whole vehicle. In order to make the vehicle faster in the case of safety, it is particularly important to carry out lightweight research on electric vehicles. The article proposes a lightweight design scheme for the body of an electric car, and puts forward some suggestions.

摘要: 随着人们生活水平的不断提升,中国国内的汽车存储量也逐年攀升,但汽车保有量增加也会造成汽车尾气 的排量增加。近年来,我国提出了“绿水青山就是金山银山”等建设目标,国家对于地球环境也越来越重视。电动 汽车使用电作为汽车能源,清洁环保无污染,国内涌现出比亚迪、吉利等新能源汽车企业,相对汽油车,电动汽车 的电池占到了整个汽车重量的主要部分。为了让汽车在安全的情况下速度更快,对电动汽车进行轻量化研究显得尤 为重要。文章提出一种电动汽车车身轻量化设计方案,并提出一些建议。
