Abstract: With the increasing popularity of electric vehicles, the market pays more and more attention to the safety of electric vehicles, especially the battery safety in the process of collision. This paper analyzes the simulation analysis method of electric vehicle rear-end collision based on Ls_Dyna finite element simulation analysis software, describes the basic requirements of rear-end collision simulation analysis, model establishment, analysis method, and simulation results postprocessing requirements. Through the use of standardized virtual development technology, greatly shorten the development cycle and development cost. The simulation analysis method has a good guiding role for the pre-test investigation, optimization verification and performance improvement.

摘要: 随着电动汽车越来越普及,市场对电动汽车的安全性关注度越来越高,碰撞过程中的电池安全问题关注度更高,文章对电动汽车尾部碰撞仿真分析方法进行简析,基于 Ls_Dyna 有限元仿真分析软件,阐述了尾部碰撞仿 真分析的基本要求、模型建立、分析方法,以及仿真结果后处理要求,通过采用规范化的虚拟开发技术,大大缩短 开发周期和开发成本,该仿真分析方法对试验前的摸底、优化验证和性能提升具有很好的指导作用。
