Abstract: This paper introduces the structure, principle and working range of a self-made broad-spectrum shock absorber stretching machine. The machine has an initial length adjustment device for shock absorbers and a stroke quick change device, which can meet the stretching requirements of shock absorbers of different models with different specifications and different mounting lengths. In order to quickly switch the production of multiple chassis on a chassis assembly line. It overcomes many shortcomings of the shock absorber stretching machine purchased on the market, and is suitable for most truck manufacturers in China.

摘要： 文章介绍了某厂自制的一种广谱减震器拉伸机的结构、原理和工作范围。该机器具有减震器初始长度调整装置和行程快换装置，能满足不同车型各种规格、不同安装长度的减震器的拉伸要求，以便在一条底盘装配线上快 速切换生产多个车型底盘。其克服了市购汽车减震器拉伸机的诸多缺点，很适合当前我国多数货车生产厂家使用。
