Abstract: In recent years, the inspection and identification of vehicle safety performance in China has made obvious progress, but it still faces some problems to be solved, which has a certain negative impact on the normal development of inspection and identification work. Therefore, this paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the inspection and identification of vehicle safety performance in road traffic accidents,then the comprehensive, comprehensive study of the existing problems in the inspection and identification, and finally put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures, in order to expect the level of our country's road traffic accident vehicle safety performance inspection and identification to be improved.

摘要： 近年来我国车辆安全性能的检验鉴定工作有了明显的进步，但是仍然面临一些问题，对检验鉴定工作的正 常开展产生负面影响，因此文章重点对道路交通事故车辆安全性能检验鉴定问题展开深入剖析，首先阐述了在车辆 安全性能检验鉴定的规范，然后全面地研究了在检验鉴定方面存在的问题，最后提出了具有针对性的建议与对策， 以期望我国道路交通事故车辆安全性能检验鉴定的水平得到一定的提升。
