Abstract: This paper takes the water intake fault of wiring harness plug-in of an automobile model as an example, this paper analyzes and improves the water inlet fault of automobile wiring harness connector with the method of Datsan, the aim is to eliminate the water inlet fault of automobile wiring harness connector, to improve the safety of automobile, and to meet the needs of users for a better life of safe driving, at the same time, it provides a reference for the later development of the vehicle, and provides a reference for the analysis and improvement of similar failures.

摘要: 文章以某车型汽车线束接插件进水故障为例,运用故障树分析法对汽车线束接插件进水故障进行分析与改 进,其目的就是消除汽车线束接插件进水故障,提高汽车的安全性,满足用户安全驾驶的美好生活需要,同时为后 期车型的开发提供参考,为同类故障的分析与改进提供借鉴。
