基于 NASTRAN 的某轻卡蓄电池铝合金支架轻量化研究

Abstract: In order to reduce the lightweight servicing weight and promote the blue brand goal of the whole vehicle,based on NASTRAN finite element simulation software, this paper collects the acceleration data of the battery bracket in Xiangyang test field, and carries out CAE modal and strength comparative analysis on the lightweight scheme. The results show that the lightweight scheme meets the design target requirements, and the lightweight effect is significant.

摘要: 为减轻轻卡整备质量,促进整车蓝牌目标,文章基于 NASTRAN 有限元仿真软件,采集了襄阳试验场蓄电 池支架加速度数据,并对蓄电池铝合金支架轻量化方案进行了 CAE 模态和强度分析,结果显示:该轻量化方案满 足设计目标要求,轻量化效果显著。
