Abstract: :The paper designed three kinds of automatic vehicle weighing system. Based on big data, the vehicle sensors of the on-board system collect the data of vehicle speed, engine torque, engine speed and so on. The software processes the data into the dynamic information of the total weight of the vehicle and cargo by algorithm, and realizes the supervision of the truck. The other two types of on-board load balancing system install strain/pressure sensors on the axle. By analyzing and processing the signal, the weight detector can get the real-time information of the total weight of vehicle and display it on the vehicle terminal. Users analyze vehicle information through the background management system of internet of vehicles. The above-mentioned on-board weighing system can measure the total weight of vehicles quickly, and effectively avoid the cheating phenomenon existing in the traditional dynamic weighing method, which has good practical value.

摘要: 文章设计了三种车载自称重系统:基于大数据的车载自称重系统的车辆传感器采集车速、发动机扭矩、发 动机转速等数据,软件通过算法将数据处理为车货总重动态信息,实现对货车的监管;另两种车载自称重系统将应 变/压力传感器安装在车桥上,重量检测仪通过分析处理传递来的信号得到实时车货总重信息并显示在车载终端上, 用户通过车联网后台管理系统分析车辆信息。以上提到的车载自称重系统能够方便快捷地测出车货总重,并有效规 避传统动态称重方式存在的作弊现象,具有较好的实用价值。
