轻卡 AMT 变速器中间轴制动器关键参数及性能试验方法研究

Abstract: This article first from the intermediate shaft brake structure, working principle and key parameters of the study, with light truck AMT as the research object to build the test bench, ability according to the existing test bench and test equipment, in the absence of torque meter. Put forward a method of brake performance tests, such as, and on the braking torque and friction coefficient is described in detail how to measure, finally using GSQA, shifting comfort evaluation system for the pressure and speed of acquisition, after fitting method for secondary Origin software, form a complete performance curve, and has carried on the detailed analysis and expounds on curve.

摘要: 文章首先从中间轴制动器的结构、工作原理及关键参数研究出发,以轻卡 AMT 为研究对象搭建了试验台 架,根据现有台架能力和试验采集设备,在没有扭矩仪的情况下,提出一种如开展制动器性能试验的方法。详细说明了对制动扭矩、摩擦系数如何测量计算,最后利用换挡舒适性评价系统 GSQA 进行了气压及转速的采集,经过Origin 软件进行二次拟合,形成完整的性能曲线,并对曲线进行了详细分析和阐述。
