Abstract: As automobile brake linings by production license directory management to mandatory product certification management, automobile brake linings has been classified into the scope of CCC certification management, based on automobile brake linings for the first time a CCC parts, this paper introduces the automobile brake linings of CCC authentication model and the basic process, rules for CCC certification, type test of inspection items and technical requirements, summed up experience of brake linings CCC certification, detailed analysis of the brake linings CCC certification procedures and methods. It provides a strong reference value for the certification of related brake linings manufacturers in the future, so as to jointly improve the standard compliance and quality level of brake linings products.

摘要： 随着汽车用制动器衬片由生产许可证目录管理转向强制性产品认证管理，汽车用制动器衬片已纳入 CCC 认 证管理范围。文章基于汽车用制动器衬片首次成为 CCC 零件，介绍了汽车用制动器衬片的 CCC 认证模式、基本流 程、CCC 认证型式试验的检验项目和技术要求，总结了制动衬片 CCC 认证经验，详细剖析了制动衬片 CCC 认证 的程序和方法，对今后制动衬片相关生产企业的认证提供了较大的参考价值，由此以求共同提高制动衬片产品的质 量，符合相关标准。
