Abstract: In this paper we simply introduce the requirements and influence factors in door gap design on A pillar of the automotive, and analyze the important structural parameters sensitivity for the front door gap. Then find the key factors for door gap design on A pillar, in order to find optimization methods to enlarge the door gap and increase development efficiency and give more freedom to design.

摘要: 文章介绍了普通轿车 A 柱车门门缝通道设计的要求以及影响因素,研究翼子板以及前门包边结构对 A 柱门 缝通道的影响。并对重要结构参数进行敏感性分析,找到影响 A 柱门缝的关键参数,为前期设计时提供门缝通道优化的指导方向,以便给车身中部造型大面更大的设计自由度和更高的开发效率。
