Abstract: As one of the media for the driver to obtain the key information of the car in the process of driving the car, the car instrument mainly displays the speed, fuel quantity, engine speed and related warning signals of the car. It plays a very important role for the driver during driving. The visibility of the instrument is very important to the driver. If there are some virtual images, the driver will be dazzled, and even under strong light conditions, the driver will be dizzy, affecting driving safety. This paper analyzes the problem of the driver’s clothing entering the human body's field of vision after reflection and imaging on the curved glass cover of the combined instrument under strong light, and simulates it through the CATIA optical principle, and judges whether it will affect the driver’s driving safety from the reflection result. And through analysis and optimization, to avoid the appearance of virtual images in the automobile combination instrument, which affects driving safety.

摘要: 汽车仪表作为驾驶员在驾驶汽车过程中获取汽车关键信息的媒介之一,它主要显示汽车的车速、燃油量、 发动机转速及相关警示信号等信息,对驾驶员在驾驶途中具有非常重要的作用。仪表的可视性对于驾驶员非常重要,如存在部分虚像时会使驾驶员炫目,甚至在强光条件下导致驾驶员眩晕,影响驾驶安全。文章通过对强光下驾驶员 衣服在组合仪表曲面玻璃罩反射成像后进入人体的视野问题进行分析,并通过 CATIA 光学原理的方式进行模拟, 从反射结果来判断是否会影响驾驶员的驾驶安全性。并通过分析及优化,避免汽车组合仪表出现虚像,影响驾驶安全。
