Abstract: This article mainly investigates the application of Cubing, which often used in automotive companies for the matching analysis of the parts. The application of Cubing could improve the quality of the vehicle, control the stability of parts, speed up the optimization of parts and shorten the development cycle of parts, which includes parts of precision assembly, Cubing workshop, limit warning, based on the installation datum corrective measure datum, etc.

摘要： Cubing 是一种质量控制工具，在整车厂中 Cubing 经常用于零件的匹配分析，车身生产过程中的尺寸控制。对于 Cubing 的有效利用，可以提高整车质量，控制零件的稳定性，提高零件的优化速度，缩短零件的开发周期。文章主要从零件的精准装配、Cubing workshop、极限预警、基于安装基准矫正测量基准等方面讲述 Cubing 的应用。
