商用车气压 ABS 电磁阀对弹簧制动气室 制动力的影响研究

Abstract: GB 7258 Technical Conditions for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation stipulates that all automobiles (except for three-wheeled vehicles, five-axle and above special operating vehicles) and trailers with a total mass of more than 3 500kg should be equipped with anti-lock braking devices that meet the requirements of the regulations. Pneumatic ABS solenoid valve is widely used in commercial vehicle braking system, which is connected with relay valve, brake chamber, pneumatic disc brake, etc. through brake pipeline. This paper focuses on the analysis of the drop of the parking brake force and the return of the push rod of the spring brake chamber connected with the ABS solenoid valve.

摘要: GB 7258《机动车运行安全技术条件》规定:所有汽车(三轮汽车、五轴及五轴以上专项作业车除外)及总质量大于 3 500kg 的挂车应装备符合规定的防抱制动装置要求。气压 ABS 电磁阀广泛应用于商用车制动系统中,与继动阀、制动气室、气压盘式制动器等通过制动管路相联接。文章重点分析联接有 ABS 电磁阀的弹簧制动气室 的驻车制动力下降及气室推杆回位的研究。
