    A 2019 BYD Qin EV battery electric vehicle has a failure to charge. This article takes the failure to charge as a starting point, introduces the difference between the 2019 BYD Qin EV and the same model of the previous generation, and briefly explains the working principle and process of the chargings system. Combined with the actual situation, the paper summarized several common fault phenomena and corresponding data flows in the system, and pointed out the possible range of faults by combining phenomena. In addition, combining the problems that novices are prone to, we propose specific fault diagnosis methods for reference.

    With the development of society, the sales of electric vehicles have grown rapidly every year, the ministry of Industry and Information Technology has become more and more stringent in the regulation of the range of battery electric vehicles and the restrictions on energy consumption, therefore, the energy consumption must meet the requirements of regulations, so the accuracy of the test results has higher requirements. This article mainly analyzes the coasting principle of the chassis dynamometer, and then analyzes the motor torque difference of the chassis dynamometer before and after the test, which can compare and reflect the battery electric vehicle's range accuracy, this also provide better guidance for the development and application of transmission systems in the future.

    Multi-scene Trajectory Planning of Intelligent Vehicle Based on Frenet Coordinate System

    Trajectory planning is an important part of behavior decision-making module in intelligent vehicle, and it is also an important part of cooperative vehicle infrastructure system. Compared with the traditional Cartesian coordinate system, Frenet coordinate system has obvious advantages in vehicle planning algorithm. A multi-scene trajectory planning model for intelligent vehicle based on Frenet coordinate system is proposed. Firstly, based on Frenet coordinate system and vehicle dynamics model, trajectory planning models in horizontal and vertical dimensions are built. Then the trajectory optimization functions in high-speed scene, low-speed scene, car following and other cases are established. Finally, simulation is performed and the results show that the model is reliable and accurate to realize trajectory planning in various scenes effectively.

    Aiming at the problem that the swarm intelligence optimization algorithm turns to trapezoidal optimization in space at the later stage of the iteration, the global search ability is weakened and the algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimal solution, a turning trapezoidal optimization method based on chi-square mutation sparrow search algorithm is proposed. First, use the chi-square distribution to improve the update formula when the discoverer executes a broad search strategy. Secondly, perform chi-square mutation operations on individuals whose fitness is less than the average fitness of the population to increase the diversity of the population while retaining the partial search capabilities of the sparrow search algorithm, Improve the ability of the algorithm to jump out of the local optimal solution. The experimental results show that, compared with the basic sparrow search algorithm and the improved sparrow search algorithm using Gaussian distribution and Gaussian mutation, the optimization method in this paper improves the optimization accuracy by 5.44% and 4.35%, and the robustness by 57.78% and 65.99%, but the average time consumption increases by 83.47% respectively and a reduction of 3.99%. According to this, the algorithm optimization method in this paper has higher precision and stronger robustness than the basic sparrow search algorithm optimization method, and the global optimization ability is improved.

    To solve the problem of automatic lane changing of vehicles in the expressway environment, the fifth-order polynomial algorithm in the Frenet coordinate system is used to design and plan the trajectory according to different working conditions. First, estimate the straight-line distance required for lane change according to the state of the vehicle and surrounding vehicles, and perform fifth-order polynomial trajectory planning multiple times within a certain range to obtain candidate trajectories. Finally, with the minimum jerk as the optimization objective, all trajectories in the candidate trajectory set are evaluated to obtain the optimal lane change trajectory. CarSim is used for vehicle and road modeling, trajectory planning in Matlab/Simulink, and model predictive control of dynamic models is used for trajectory tracking, which verifies the effectiveness of the lane-changing assistant system.

    Controller area netword bus is the main way for onboard electronic components to communicate. Onboard diagnostic interface, as an output end of the bus signal, is used to detect the working state of onboard equipment. In addition, it outputs the working state parameters of the engine and chassis for the analysis of vehicle conditions. In order to realize onboard onboard diagnostic interface signal collection, NXP RT1064 is used as the control unit to design the onboard diagnostic interface transceiving module, power supply module, control button and other peripheral circuits. The onboard diagnostic interface data to be recorded is sent to the external storage module through the serial port every second, and at the same time to the SPI serial TFT display. Real-time observation and acquisition of vehicle operating parameters are realized.

    In the course of a car the wheels jump up and down with the change of road roughness and speed, the wheel drives the other components of the suspension through the arm and causes the corresponding deformation of these components. In order to analyze the influence of suspension component motion deformation on different wheel alignment parameters, according to a car front and rear suspension and other main assembly structure size and characteristics, the multi-body dynamics software Adams was used to build Multi-rigid-body dynamics model of a car. The rigid-flexible coupling model was established by the flexible treatment of some steering elements of suspension. The suspension kinematics simulation was carried out, and the simulation changing curve of wheel alignment parameters was obtained. The results were compared with the test curves of actual kinematic parameters, and it was found that the kinematics simulation results of the rigid-flexible coupling model were more close to the actual test curve. The simulation results can provide a reference for the design and selection of car suspension system.

This paper studies the structural design of the atmosphere lamp of various automobile combination instruments, through the analysis of the structural design and development of transparent upper cover, front frame, light guide plate, black film, RGB-LED and so on, a hidden atmosphere lamp structure of combination instruments is designed, which solves the problems of single color, uneven backlight and high cost of the atmosphere lamp of automobile combination instruments. The display effect of the atmosphere light and the driving experience of the automobile combination instrument is improved. At the same time, it provides an effective reference for the structural design of automobile combination instrument, so as to achieve a fashionable and high-end automobile interior display effect.

    With the development of automotive technology, the assembly of auto parts is becoming more and more highly integrated. After the automobile transmission is assembled to the whole vehicle, it is difficult to inspect its quality. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a set of transmission quality inspection methods and software based on the assembled state of the whole vehicle. Based on this, the paper firstly conducts in-depth research on the detection method principle, and summarizes the quality detection method of automobile transmission, and then combines with the programming design idea to design the overall structure of the detection program.Then the characteristics of various mainstream development platforms and programming languages were investigated, and the graphical programming language (LabVIEW) was used to design and develop an automobile transmission quality inspection program combined with "cloud testing" based on the pre-designed program structure and functional modules. Finally, the detection program is deployed on the remote computer to verify the remote test function.

After analyzing the influencing factors of the replacement rate, an improved calculation formula of the replacement rate is proposed, and the replacement cost method is optimized.     The R Angle measurement process of auto-body will be affected by the measurement Angle and measurement environment, resulting in less extracted feature information and low fitting accuracy. In this paper, a feature data extraction and fitting method of circular arc is proposed. Firstly, the noise data is eliminated by bilateral filtering, and then the feature data can be effectively screened against the point cloud of incomplete circular arc by using the proposed method, and the feature data can be fitted by iterative reweighted least square algorithm. Based on the experimental verification of the proposed method, the measurement results were compared with the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) results, and the average error of the line laser measurement was 0.018 mm, which was 0.006 1 mm lower than the average error of the R gauge measurement.

    Sealing Analysis of Oil Cooled Multi-in-one Electric Drive Assembly

    During the road test of a gearbox of electric vehicle, the problem of leakage from the plug of lubricating oil route was found. Through the analysis of sealing performance of copper gasket by computer adied engineering (CAE) simulation, it is found that the roughness of housing has a great influence on sealing performance and there is a risk of leakage. The sealing performance of type E rubber washer was analyzed by finite element simulation, and the leakage was greatly reduced by airtight test, and the maximum pressure was up to 200 kPa. The results show that type E rubber washer can not only eliminate the leakage problem, and also the sealing performance of type E rubber washer in reverse loading has a great impact.

    The electronic brake system is an electronic control brake system, which combines conventional air brake and electronic brake. It is a great innovation in the field of vehicle active safety control in recent years which effectively improves the safety, comfort, and intelligence of vehicles. This paper introduces the main components and functions of the lectronic brake system, focusing on a domestic 4×2 truck, according to the test requirements of GB 7258—2017, GB 12676—2014 etc, the four functions of brake response time, deceleration control, emergency brake assist and external brake request are tested and analyzed, and compared with conventional air brake. The data show that the response time of the front and rear axles is significantly shortened and the braking safety is higher when the electronic brake system truck is assembled, and the deceleration of empty and full-loaded vehicles can fall on the target deceleration curve with high control accuracy. After activating the emergency brake function, the same pedal position will control the corresponding action components output greater braking pressure for braking; after opening the external request braking mode, the vehicle will brake according to the set deceleration, and the control deviation meets the requirements, and the braking deceleration control is good.

Suspension system as the foundation of steering stability, full understanding of suspension system for more performance, kinematics compliance test is necessary, the establishment of the kinematics compliance test ability can improve chassis development ability, kinematics compliance objective data combined with computer adied engineering (CAE) simulation results contrast test, can be found in advance chassis suspension defects and the risk point, improve the overall performance of the product. This paper mainly introduces the kinematics compliance test process, test conditions, test curve and the meaning of the curve representative, to provide a certain reference for the follow-up operation stability adjustment.

    As one of the important part of automobile, electronic stability control system can improve the ability of obstacle avoidance effectively and the sine with dwell test is used to verify the performance of electronic stability control. The sine with dwell test was carried out under the robot. Firstly, The test results are verified to meet the national standard, and then the yaw rate and the mass center side slip angle are further analyzed. The results show that the yaw rate and mass center side slip angle can effectively characterize the state of the vehicle during the test and provide reference for vehicle electronic stability control performance evaluation.

    Analysis on Fretting Wear of Gear Clutch in a Hybrid Transmission

    Fretting wear failure of connecting spline between friction plate and inner hub occurred in durability test of a hybrid transmission gear clutch. Based on the fretting wear theory, the key factors affecting the wear amount were found out. Combined with finite element analysis (FEA), the failure problem was repeated, and found the main reasons for the failure were the shaft bending deformation, the outer hub axial deformation and the spline tooth contact stress. After considering the space limitation, suggested to reduce the contact stress as the main scheme. By increasing the number of spline teeth and exchanging the connect spline between friction plate and steel plate, the inner hub spline contact stress could be effectively reduced by 85% in theory, and which was further confirmed by finite element analysis could be reduced by over 75%. The final improvement scheme passed the clutch durability test certification. The results provides some guidance for solving the fretting wear problem in the transmission.

    As the key component of vehicle engine cooling system, the reliability of radiator has a great influence on the performance of vehicle engine. Once the radiator is damaged and the engine works for a certain period of time, the engine body heating will lead to the decline of the lubrication system performance, resulting in the engine dynamic performance, reliability and safety reduction. Market feedback radiator leakage problem is prominent, seriously affecting the operation of vehicles, while resulting in high after-sales claims. Through failure mode analysis, material metallographic analysis, competitive bidding, road spectrum test, bench test and simulation analysis, from the design optimization, process improvement, the optimization measures of the radiator and its mount are put forward to improve the reliability of the product.

    Fracture Failure Analysis of a Plastic Spring Seat

    In order to find out the cause of the fracture failure of the plastic spring seat and come up the solution, the failure sample was analyzed by microscope, scanning electron microscope, Fourier infrared spectrometry, and synchronous thermal analyzer. The results show that the failure part is made of PA66 + GF, and the cooperation between PA66 resin and GF at the fracture point is uneven and non-dense, the main cause of failure is stress concentration which occurred in during installation. To avoid this kind of fracture, it is suggested that the injection molding process of PA66 should be controlled to ensure the uniform distribution of PA66 and GF, and the plastic spring seat should be correctly placed in the assembling to avoid stress concentration and reduce fracture.

    Car body matching quality is an important aspect of vehicle quality evaluation. If the matching quality is not up to standard, it will directly affect the user's sensory experience, and will also bring about problems such as sealing, operating force, and wind noise. As a means of detecting the matching quality of the car body, the on-line measurement technology of gap and flush has been applied more and more. The system composition, operating environment and performance parameters, measurement principles and scenarios of the on-line measurement of gap and flush are expounded, and the plane layout, measurement point selection, measurement process, system test content and evaluation criteria, and realized functions are introduced with practical application cases, and The influencing factors of measurement accuracy are discussed. Through the application of the gap and flush on-line measurement system, 100% measurement of the key matching points of the car body can be achieved, and it has the characteristics of fast speed, high precision, flexibility, real-time dynamic monitoring, and alarm funtion, which is important for the quality monitoring and problem analysis of the car body matching.

    This paper proposes a machine vision measurement scheme for vehicle body matching clearance based on OpenCV image processing technology. The software framework of the system is divided into core modules such as image preprocessing, edge detection and size measurement. The median filter is used to eliminate the noise in the image, the Canny algorithm is used to obtain the edge information of the clearance, and then the corresponding measurement algorithm is used to calculate the measurement results. Finally, the error analysis of the measurement results shows that the method has the advantages of high efficiency, high precision and flexibility, and has good practical application value.

    In order to improve the NVH level of the car and improve the comfort of the air conditioner to ensure the driving comfort of the occupants, the body should be well sealed. From the point of view of the body subsystem that affects the airtightness of the whole vehicle, combined with the professional practical experience of the vehicle airtightness monitoring and propulsion solution in the new model project, the method of comparison is adopted, and the reasonable body hole structure plugging process and common verification methods in the whole vehicle design process are discussed. It has been proved by practice that the above structure, process and verification method can meet the requirements of body sealing. Through the verification of the design data in the early stage and the compliance inspection of the vehicle sealing performance in the trial production stage, combined with various test and testing schemes, the sealing performance target of the whole vehicle can be quickly achieved.

    The professional course of automobile manufacturing and test technology is the foundation of automobile professional construction. This paper starts from the problems existed in the establishment of the professional curriculum system of automobile manufacturing and test techno- logy. The research significance of this professional curriculum system was analyzed in the context of the adjustment of the new professional catalog. The goal of building a curriculum system that takes into account the development of abilities of students and the development of the automotive manufacturing industry was proposed. The implementation path of three stages and three integrations with research as a means was formulated. Specific strategies for systematic design of curriculum systems and structured design of curriculum matrices were proposed. The goal of cultivating professional talents was achieved ultimately.

    With the continuous promotion of urbanization and the agglomeration effect of central cities, the demand for land in the construction of regional central cities is more and more vigorous, and urban land resources are more scarce. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the construction of underground automobile inspection stations by consulting the relevant literature of automobile inspection and combining with the current development status of automobile inspection stations. The construction of underground vehicle inspection station is mainly restricted by three factors: vehicles, site and fire safety. First of all, the underground vehicle inspection station is more suitable for single fuel light passenger vehicles with a service life of less than 10 years. Taking it as the main service object can greatly reduce the construction cost of the site. Secondly, the construction of the site should focus on lighting and ventilation, which is very important for the operation of the detection station and the health of the staff. Finally, Setting indoor fire separation belts, adding ventilation facilities and more convenient personnel evacuation are effective measuresto prevent and reduce fire accidents.

In order to reduce and avoid the above phenomena, this article analyzes the damage to the rights and interests of customers who mislead and passively purchase " flooded cars", it is proposed to strengthen the identification and evaluation system of flooded vehicles, actively establish a third-party information inquiry website for flooded vehicles, regulate the intermediary behavior of flooded car brokerage companies, reduce the cost of consumer rights protection and expand the channels for rights relief, summarized and concluded the practical methods to protect the rights and interests of consumers when purchasing flooded vehicles.
