Abstract: The expansion water tank is an important part of the cooling system of commercial vehicles. This paper discusses the basic knowledge and specific functions of the expansion water tank, and puts forward the matters needing attention in the matching and application of the expansion water tank in commercial vehicles. Through the introduction of market failure cases, the main causes of vehicle water return failure are analyzed and discussed, providing guidance for cooling system failure solution.

摘要： 膨胀水箱是商用车冷却系统的重要组成部分，文章通过论述膨胀水箱的分类、作用等 基本知识和具体功能，提出其在商用车上的匹配和应用时的注意事项；通过市场故障案例介 绍，分析并论述整车返水故障产生的主要原因，为冷却系统故障解决提供指导。
