动力电池回收企业的风险识别及处置对策

Abstract: In recent years, the consumption of lithium batteries in the field of power energy has led to a sharp increase in its consumption, which is bound to lead to the generation of more and more retired power batteries. At the same time, the safety risks in the recycling process of a large number of used power batteries have gradually become prominent. Therefore, the article analyzes the potential danger in the process of power battery recycling from the material, recycling process and environmental pollution. The specific disposal measures of fire accidents in power battery recycling enterprises were elaborated systematically, which provided a certain reference basis for the grass-roots officers and men to put out such new type of fire.

摘要: 近年来,锂电池在动力能源领域的消费使得其消耗量急剧增加,势必导致越来越多的 退役动力电池产生,与此同时,大量废旧动力电池回收过程中的安全风险也逐渐凸显。因此, 文章从物料、回收工艺流程及环境污染分析了动力电池回收过程中潜在的危险性。系统阐述 了动力电池回收企业火灾事故的具体处置措施,为基层指战员扑救该类新业态火灾提供一定 的参考依据。
