Abstract: With the continuous development of welding technology, automatic welding process and equipment can improve welding efficiency, guarantee welding quality and effectively control arc welding deformation, especially in the long weld welding, the effect is particularly obvious, automation scheme is favored. In this paper, through the design of double gun straight seam welding device, can achieve a commercial vehicle protection beam workpiece two meters long intermittent welding weld one-time welding. The design and application of the device greatly improve the processing efficiency of the product, reduce the labor intensity of the processor, and ensure the welding consistency of the product.

摘要: 随着焊接技术的不断发展,自动化焊接工艺及装备能够提升焊接效率、保证焊接质量 并有效地控制弧焊变形,特别是在长焊缝焊接方面效果尤为明显,自动化方案备受青睐。文 章通过设计双枪直缝焊接装置,可实现某款商用车防护横梁工件两米长断续焊焊缝的一次性 焊接。该装置的设计与应用在极大程度上提高了产品的加工效率,降低加工人劳动强度,保 证了产品焊接的一致性。
