Abstract: This paper first introduces some failure problems found in clutch system assembled in a commercial vehicle during development verification processes. Focus on using CAE simulation and test technology to optimize and verify designs, which reduces time costs for solving test problems. At the same time, by inducing analysis processes and methods, it provides useful references for analyzing and solving failure problems with other vehicle parts, it provides technical path and test data for the optimization of clutch support scheme in a commercial vehicle.

摘要: 介绍了某商用车离合器系统在开发验证过程中存在的失效问题,重点阐述了利用 CAE 仿真技术和测试开发手段实现方案优化设计及验证,缩短了试验问题解决的时间成本。同时, 梳理归纳分析流程方法,为其他零部件失效问题的分析解决提供有益参考,为商用车离合器 支撑方案的设计优化提供指导和测试验证。
