Abstract: The combination instrument is an important part of the interior of the car, in the process of driving, it provides all kinds of information and data for the driver. With the development of science and technology, drivers have higher and higher requirements for the structural modeling of the combination instrument, and hope to provide high-tech display effect and more comfortable driving experience. This paper studies the structural design of the atmosphere lamp of various automobile combination instruments, through the analysis of the structural design and development of transparent upper cover, front frame, light guide plate, black film, RGB-LED and so on, a hidden atmosphere lamp structure of combination instruments is designed, which solves the problems of single color, uneven backlight and high cost of the atmosphere lamp of automobile combination instruments. The display effect of the atmosphere light and the driving experience of the automobile combination instrument is improved. At the same time, it provides an effective reference for the structural design of automobile combination instrument, so as to achieve a fashionable and high-end automobile interior display effect.

摘要: 组合仪表是汽车内饰中重要的组成部分,在汽车行驶过程中,为驾驶员提供各种信息 和数据。随着科技发展,驾驶员对组合仪表的结构造型要求越来越高,希望提供高科技显示 效果和更舒适的驾驶体验。文章对汽车各种组合仪表氛围灯结构设计进行研究,最终通过对 透明上盖、前框、导光板、黑膜、RGB-LED 等结构进行分析,设计一种组合仪表隐藏式氛围 灯结构,解决了汽车组合仪表氛围灯颜色单一、背光不均匀、成本高等难题,提升了汽车组 合仪表氛围灯显示效果,提升驾乘体验。同时为汽车组合仪表结构设计提供有效的借鉴,从 而实现一种时尚、高档的汽车内饰显示效果。
