Abstract: As the key component of vehicle engine cooling system, the reliability of radiator has a great influence on the performance of vehicle engine. Once the radiator is damaged and the engine works for a certain period of time, the engine body heating will lead to the decline of the lubrication system performance, resulting in the engine dynamic performance, reliability and safety reduction. Market feedback radiator leakage problem is prominent, seriously affecting the operation of vehicles, while resulting in high after-sales claims. Through failure mode analysis, material metallographic analysis, competitive bidding, road spectrum test, bench test and simulation analysis, from the design optimization, process improvement, the optimization measures of the radiator and its mount are put forward to improve the reliability of the product.

摘要: 散热器作为车辆发动机冷却系统的核心零部件,其可靠性对车辆发动机的散热性能产 生重大的影响。一旦散热器发生损坏,发动机工作一定时间后,机体发热将导致润滑系统性 能下降,从而导致发动机动力性能、可靠性、安全性全面降低。市场反馈散热器泄露问题突 出,严重影响车辆运营,同时造成售后索赔高昂等行业难题。通过失效模式分析、材料金相 分析、竞品对标、路谱试验、台架试验以及模拟分析,从设计优化、工艺提升,提出了散热 器及其悬置的优化措施,提升产品可靠性。
