Abstract: With the increasing of automobile users in our country, the market consumption is increasingly diversified and personalized, and the customer requirements for product quality are higher and higher. Manufacturing enterprises take improving product quality as an important business policy. In general production and assembly lines, employees usually carry out operating standards within standard working hours, but in the repair process, they should not only carry out operating standards, but also repair within the specified time, which requires personnel with high technical level. Through a company assembly line body is analyzed, the existing online repair scheme of anomalies corresponding problems such as slow, repetitive confirmed that causes loss of working hours, by simulating human validation method, simple import limit function of PLC and making blowout preventer, multiple assembly parts to help repair personnel for the first time clearly identify unusual points, in ensuring quality at the same time also can give repair personnel burden.

摘要: 随着我国汽车用户的增多,市场消费日益多元化、个性化,客户对产品质量的要求也 越来越高。制造企业以提高产品质量作为公司重要的经营方针,在一般的生产装配线上,通 常员工在标准工时内执行作业标准,但在返修工序内,既要执行作业标准,也需在规定时间 内返修,需要人员技术水平较高。通过浅析某公司装配线体,研究现有在线返修方案存在的 异常对应慢、重复确认导致工时损失等问题,通过模拟人为确认方法,导入简易 PLC 限制功 能及制作防漏装置,多个组装部件协助返修人员第一时间清晰确认异常点位,在保证品质的 同时还能给返修人员减负。
