Abstract: Truck frame is the basic component of the vehicle. In the design and development, it is necessary to consider the different requirements of users, including the universality and bearing capacity of frame installation. It is also necessary to consider issues from the manufacturing, such as the universality, manufacturability, cost and other factors of parts. Aiming at the new loadbearing requirements of light trucks, based on the mature basic platform, this paper strengthens the design of the weak parts of the frame to form new products to meet the needs of users and manufacturers at the same time. In the design and development, the combination of computer adied engineering (CAE) virtual analysis and actual stress test is used to achieve the goal of quickly and accurately determining the final scheme.

摘要: 卡车车架是整车基础性部件,在设计开发时,需要考虑到用户使用的不同要求,包括 车架安装通用性、承载性等,同时还需要从制造端考虑问题,如零部件通用性、可制造性、 成本等因素。文章针对轻型卡车新的承载需求,在成熟车架总成基础上,对车架薄弱处进行 加强设计,形成新的产品,以满足用户及制造端需求。设计开发中利用计算机辅助工程(CAE) 虚拟分析与实际应力测试相结合的方法,达到了快速、准确地确定最终方案的目标。
