Abstract: With the deepening of China's opening to the outside world and the acceleration of the globalization of the world economy, the level of China's automobile industry has also advanced by leaps and bounds. Automobile manufacturers have gone abroad to explore the international market. The number of automobile exports has increased rapidly, and the problems faced by automobile exports have gradually become prominent. The first one is the certification link. Due to the long export certification period, high cost, large differences in the certification systems and regulations and standards implemented by various countries, and continuous updating and upgrading, it has brought obstacles and challenges to our country's automobile export. This paper mainly discusses the European automobile type approval system, certification system and automobile safety technology evaluation, analyzes the problems existing in our country's automobile export certification based on the actual situation, and proposes solutions, which will have certain guiding significance for our country's future automobile export certification work.

摘要： 随着我国对外开放的深化和世界经济全球化的加速，我国汽车工业发展水平随之突飞 猛进，汽车制造企业纷纷走出国门开拓国际市场，汽车出口数量迅速增长，汽车出口面临的 问题也逐渐凸显，其中首要的就是认证环节。由于出口认证周期长、费用高、各国执行的认 证制度和法规标准存在较大差异，并且还在不断更新升级，为我国汽车出口带来阻碍和挑战。 因此，对国外的认证体系及制度进行研究分析就显得尤为重要。文章主要通过对欧洲市场汽 车型式准入制度、认证体系及汽车安全技术评价进行论述，对比分析我国汽车出口认证存在 的问题，并提出解决措施，对我国未来汽车出口认证工作具有一定的指导意义。
