    The Matching of E-motor Systems for New Energy Vehicles

    As one of the three electric systems representing the core technology of new energy vehicles, the e-motor system is the key device to determine the power output of the vehicle. Whether the e-motor system matches with the vehicle directly affects the power performance, economy, ride comfort and subjective driving experience of the vehicle. Therefore, the e-motor system for the development of new energy vehicles is no less important than the power battery and vehicle control system. In this paper, combined with the technical development trend of the new energy e-motor system in recent years, the technical attributes of the new energy e-motor system as the theoretical basis, the installation space, performance, working environment and other technical requirements of the e-motor system in the development process of new energy vehicles as the starting point, analysis of e-motor system in the matching of new energy vehicles need to pay attention to the key problems and corresponding solutions.

    Body Pole Impact Structure Design of Some Models Electric Vehicle

    The country and people pay more and more attention to the electric vehicle safety. According to the C-NCAP managements rule, pole impact has been included in the safety performance of electric vehicles. Therefore, it is necessary to design the body pole impact structure of electric vehicle. Based on the safety performance of electric vehicle pole impact, the simulation analysis model of body column collision structure is established. The structural strength of threshold cavity was increased and the transmission path of impact force was added to meet the requirements of side column collision. Comparing the analysis data of different variable scenarios, after the scheme is implemented, the intrusion amount of the key points of B-column is obviously reduced. The safety performance of the body column collision structure has been greatly optimized and improved. It indicates the correnctness of the direction research, which has an important guiding role for the future research and development design.

    Electric Changing Technology Scheme of a Pure Electric Light Commercial Vehicle

    At present, the energy density of power battery is far from reaching the energy density level of traditional fuel. The resulting short driving range seriously restricts the development of pure electric light commercial vehicles. Taking mass production conditions, reasonable cost and convenient replacement as the boundary, a feasible module subbox electrical changing scheme is proposed, and the related systems are analyzed in detail, which provides an effective reference for the design of electric changing scheme of a pure electric light commercial vehicle.

Its functions of online diagnosis and remote diagnosis will play an important role in the maintenance of vehicles.

    Application on Driving Evaluation of Electric Vehicles Based on Internet of Vehicles Data

    Compared with traditional fuel vehicles, new energy vehicles collect a large number of driving data during operation. Through data mining and analysis, it can provide reference for users' driving habits and the research and development of new energy vehicles. In this paper, a driving behavior evaluation model based on big data of Internet of vehicles is proposed to study the driving behavior of electric vehicle users. Firstly, the driving habit, safety factor and energy consumption are analyzed and studied respectively, and then the characteristic variables of different dimensions are constructed and extracted. Through the logistic regression classification model and scorecard method, the driving habit score, safety score and energy consumption score are output respectively. Finally, an example is applied to verify the results. The results show that the method used in this paper can effectively evaluate the actual driving behavior of users.

    Lane Line Detection Method in Complex Illumination Environment

    In order to solve the problem of lane line detection in complex weather environment on expressway and urban roads, a lane line detection method in complex lighting environment is proposed. This method can better extract the lane line on the road by automatically adjusting the contrast feature of the image in complex lighting environment, and realize the lane line detection in dark and fog environment. Experiments show that the lane line detection and recognition rate of this method is 96.7% in dark environment and 95.2% in fog environment. It has good robustness, accuracy and real-time performance.

    The development of 10 intelligent networked vehicle test demonstration zones in China has been differentiated. After several years of development, the site construction and testing capabilities of the intelligent connected vehicle test demonstration zone have gradually improved. The development model, management model and operation model of the demonstration zone have gradually become clear, but a mature development model has not yet been formed. This paper analyzes in detail the development modes, management modes, and typical operation modes of 10 intelligent networked vehicle test demonstration areas, and summarizes several typical intelligent networked vehicle demonstration areas that can be replicated and promoted. The development models and operation modes provide a reference for the construction of the country and the local intelligent networked vehicle test demonstration area to further promote the process of upgrading the pilot area of the internet of vehicles in the demonstration area.

    The Structural Strength Performance Optimization of a Light Truck Frame

    In this paper, the causes of the local strength problem of a light truck frame during the reinforced road test certificate are analyzed, and the stress, strain and acceleration of the real vehicle in the test field are tested. It is determined that the torque attenuation and loosening of the container U-bolt is the main cause of the problem, resulting in a sharp mutation in the local stress of the frame and the phenomenon of stress concentration, the topology optimization design is carried out, and the strength performance optimization design of the frame structure was verified by CAE analysis. On the premise of ensuring the improvement of the mechanical properties of the frame, the lightweight goal is realized simultaneously, and the economic benefit is remarkable.

    This paper introduces a combined pedal signal switch gap adjustment and detection device applied to the general assembly of heavy commercial vehicles. The utility model comprises a box body, the box body is provided with an opening, which is respectively provided with a switch slot hole, a power line inlet, a light indication slot and a harness outlet, the light indication slot is correspondingly connected with the harness outlet with an indicator lamp and a harness connector, the box body is provided with a harness fixing frame, the harness and relay are laid on the harness fixing frame, the upper cover of the box body can be opened upward, and the upper cover is connected with the box body by hinges. The detection device has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, good visualization, strong universality, small floor area, easy maintenance and replacement, low use cost and low production and expansion cost, it will also provide certain reference for the industry.

    With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of China's urbanization construction, China's requirements for urban environment are getting higher and higher.As one of the necessary vehicles for urban environmental cleaning, the sprinkler has developed from a single water outlet mode to full automation, multi-scene application, green cross operation mode of sanitation, diversified product functions. In this article, through the key core assembly design of sprinkler, vehicle performance check calculation and other aspects of research and discussion, sprinkler performance calculation model and multi-functional pipeline system design method is established. Realized a multi-functional sprinkler products can efficiently meet the needs of road spraying, spray dust suppression, road maintenance, landscaping, emergency fire and other diversified scenarios. The theory of pipeline system design and calculation of the product can be widely extended to the cleaning sanitation vehicle products, with important advancement and innovation.

    Aiming at the problem of abnormal noise of automobile chassis, starting from the principle of bolt connection, through the method of combining theoretical calculation and experiment, the factors of bolt torque attenuation are analyzed, the relevant variables are adjusted and tested, and the corresponding results are found through experiments and real vehicle simulations solution. The stability, safety and comfort of the car's operation are improved. The adopted research method provides some ideas and experience for the suspension structure design, and is suitable for the investigation and treatment of abnormal noise of the automobile when it is affected by a variety of factors.

    With the continuous increase of vehicle ownership, vehicle noise has become the most important part of urban traffic noise. It’s seriously polluting the urban environment and affecting people's work and life. This paper mainly introduces vehicle test standards and methods through a model example. The key points of muffler quality are found through experimental spectrum analysis and simulation. At last the influence of exhaust system on acceleration noise outside vehicle is discussed by comparing the optimization of muffler before and making sample. It is verified that the air flow velocity in the exhaust system is also one of the key factors affecting the vehicle.

    The twin countershaft transmission with front auxiliary case matches the through power take-off, when the PTO start to work, the auxiliary box disengages frequently. So we analyzes the cause of this failure. Furthermore we improve a new input shaft changing the parameters of spline. Using the new input shaft in a transmission, the disengagement fault is resolved. The results has guiding significance for matching through power take off on the twin countershaft transmission with front auxiliary case.

    Analysis of State Space Model of Electronic Throttle System Based on Nonlinear Factors

    There are many nonlinear factors in the mechanical structure of electronic throttle, which is the key technical problem affecting throttle control. The control principle of the electronic throttle control system is analyzed. The torque transmission process of the electronic throttle body is deducted. The nonlinear factors and their respective characteristics in the throttle mechanical structure, such as return spring, air flow impact, coulomb stick slip friction and so on, are puts forward. The key parameters of electronic throttle are identified, and the dynamic equation throttle drive motor, motor shaft, throttle shaft and state space model of electronic throttle system are established. The coefficients in the state space model of typical throttle actuator are calculated. Various parameters in a certain electronic throttle state space model were identified through dynamic characteristic analysis. The state space model of throttle actuator provides a theoretical basis and method for rapid and accurate control of electronic throttle.

    Design Optimization of Automobile Cockpit Assist Arm

    With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the level of automation of the cockpit has gradually increased, then a new challenge to the cockpit's orientation and accuracy is presented. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the cockpit arm from three aspects, including rotation mechanism, automatic off-load mechanism and medium/high compensation, and proposes a low-cost and efficient retrofit scheme. Therefore, the cockpit assist arm can enter the body accurately and quickly, which is an important step for the realization of semi-automatic/automatic booster arm.

    The research shows that the noise of exhaust system accounts for a large proportion of the vehicle noise. Therefore, reducing exhaust noise is of great significance to improve vehicle performance. To control this part of noise, one is to make technical improvement from the source, improve the working mode of the engine and replace it with other new energy sources, the orther is to install the exhaust muffler. This paper designs a perforated pipe muffler with continuous multi-gun. Through the Virtual Lab simulation software, the diameter of perforated tube, the length of muffler perforated pipe and box, and the structural parameters of its diameter on the silencing performance of muffler are studied.

    Influence of Friction Coefficient on Bolted Joints

    Friction coefficient is one of the key factors of bolted jionts. On the basis of introducing the classification and influencing factors of friction coefficient, the influence of friction coefficient on bolt connection is analyzed, including the influence of friction coefficient on tightening torque distribution, axial preload, preload dispersion error. The research results show that the friction coefficient should be controlled in a reasonable range. If the friction coefficient is too small, the bolt is easy to loose, if the friction coefficient is too large, the conversion efficiency of clamping torque is low, and the stick slip effect is easy to appear. Reducing friction coefficient can reduce tightening torque and bolt size. Reducing the range of friction coefficient can reduce the preload dispersion error. The research results have important guiding significance for determining the control range of friction coefficient.

    Response Time Test Analysis of Electronic Control Braking System on Semi-trailer

    As an important means of transportation for long-distance highway transportation, the safety performance of semi-trailer has attracted much attention. At present, the semi-trailer is generally equipped with pneumatic control braking system. In order to improve the braking performance of the vehicle and enhance the safety of the vehicle during driving, the electronic control braking system is gradually applied to the semi-trailer. In this paper, the working principle of the semi-trailer electronic control braking system is described in detail. Compared with the pneumatic control braking system, the electronic control braking system improves the braking safety and system integration. Based on GB 12676—2014, the response time test system of semi-trailer electronic control braking system is designed. The simulation device can meet the test requirements of electronic control circuit and pneumatic control pipeline. A semi-trailer is selected to measure the response time of the braking system. The test shows that the electronic control braking system can effectively reduce the braking response time, accelerate the vehicle's response during braking, and ensure the driving safety of the semi-trailer.

    Multi-body Dynamics Simulation of Washing Machine Reducer Based on ADAMS

    In real life, the washing machine often vibrates when accelerating and decelerating. In this paper, SolidWorks software is used to model the reducer of washing machine, and the collaborative simulation software ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the reducer. The influence of flexible body and rigid body on the fluctuation of the whole system during acceleration and deceleration of washing machine is discussed. By comparing the output shaft angular velocity curve fluctuation and angular velocity peak under multi flexible body system, rigid flexible coupling system and multi rigid body system, we can judge the fluctuation influence of flexible body and rigid body on the operation of the whole system, hoping to provide valuable reference or basis for the in-depth research of relevant experts.

    Under laboratory conditions, in order to use the accurate shift strategy to do the experiment of the manual gear vehicle's power performance and emission, this paper calculates the gears of the test manual vehicle with multi-parameter, and then uses gear correction strategy to do a feedback correction, and finally gets a set of suitable manual shift strategy with the multi-parameter of vehicles for different test cycle. The shift strategy has very high practical value for test cycle with no clear shift strategy.

    Experimental Study on the Effect of Intake Conditions on NOx Emissions of Different Diesel Engines

    The effects of intake temperature and humidity on NOx emission were studied in different cycle conditions, such as ESC, WHSC and WHTC, on the engine bench. The results show that the NOx emission before the catalyst decreases slightly with the increase of inlet humidity in both WHSC and hot WHTC cycles. Adjusting by the NOx correction coefficient, the NOx emission before the catalyst basically remains unchanged after the correction. With the increase of inlet humidity and inlet temperature, NOx emissions after the catalyst of China Ⅵ diesel engine has a tendency to gradually reduce, but the amplitude is small. The aftertreatment system of China Ⅵ diesel engine form a closed loop control, while the SCR system has a high efficiency conversion on NOx emission. Thus, the inlet humidity has a less effect on the NOx emission after the catalyst.

    In this paper, LMS equipment is used to conduct a detailed Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) performance test and comparative analysis of a basic pickup truck and a modified pickup truck. The NVH noise comparative analysis of the powertrain under idle and acceleration conditions, the vehicle interior noise NVH comparative analysis, the steering wheel vibration NVH comparative analysis and the seat guide rail NVH comparative analysis are carried out respectively. The results show that the NVH noise and vibration level of the modified pickup truck is better than that of the basic pickup truck, which verifies the effectiveness of optimizing the design of powertrain components, and makes positive and effective work to improve the NVH performance of the modified pickup truck.

This method has also been verified many times in practice.

    This paper briefly expounds the common unqualified tightening problems of double mass flywheel, investigates and analyzes the actual problem cases, makes data analysis by using corresponding quality tools. Aiming at how to promote the qualification rate of double mass flywheel tightening, we verified the implementation of measures, eventually we replaced positioning jig, optimized the fixed bolts of support tray, and set the reasonable camera angle compensation value allowance of the circle center, and modefication parameters. Finally, the qualification rate of double mass flywheel tightening has been improved by data verification and resalts comparison.

    Penetration Control Method for Single Side V-groove Butt Weld of Thick Plate

    : butt weld are tested. Through the welding samples after matching the different welding parameters affecting the penetration, the key influencing factors line energy and wire direction are obtained, and then the different levels of line energy and wire direction are tested respectively to verify the effective penetration through metallographic inspection. According to the defect level and appearance quality, the different parameters and the best parameter range for controlling the penetration control of single-sided V-groove butt welding of thick plate are obtained, and the parameter control methods and implementation measures are clarified to ensure the effective penetration of butt weld, which is applied to the production process, improve the product quality and reduce the after-sales fault loss.

    Modern apprenticeship system has been widely carried out in China.
