汽车仪表板总成助力臂设计优化

Abstract: With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the level of automation of the cockpit has gradually increased, then a new challenge to the cockpit's orientation and accuracy is presented. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the cockpit arm from three aspects, including rotation mechanism, automatic off-load mechanism and medium/high compensation, and proposes a low-cost and efficient retrofit scheme. Therefore, the cockpit assist arm can enter the body accurately and quickly, which is an important step for the realization of semi-automatic/automatic booster arm.

摘要: 随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车的自动化程度逐步提高,对仪表板总成的进车角度、 精度等提出了新的挑战。文章通过分析仪表板总成助力臂的特点,从旋转机构、自动脱销机 构以及对中/高度补偿三个方面进行优化分析,提出低成本、高效的改造方案,确保助力臂准 确快速地进入车身,为实现半自动/全自动助力臂迈出了重要的一步。
