Abstract: In vehicle design and manufacturing process, solving the ergonomic issues as early as possible can help to shorten the design cycle-time and save development costs. This Paper introduces ergonomics in vehicle manufacturing, summarizes the ergonomic issue-solving method for both virtual assessment phase and physical build phase. In addition, the development trend of automobile ergonomics is prospect with the help of the inertial motion capture technology.

摘要: 在整车设计生产过程中,人机工程问题的提前识别解决对缩短设计周期,节省开发成 本起到十分关键的作用。文章对整车设计生产过程中的人机工程学应用进行了介绍,归纳了 整车虚拟设计和生产制造两个阶段人机工程问题解决的方法,并借助惯性式动作捕捉技术的 案例展望了未来整车人机工程的发展方向。
