    Design of Insulation Resistance Simulation Test System for a Pure Electric Vehicle

    In order to test the insulation resistance of the high-voltage system of pure electric vehicles, this paper adopts the insulation resistance detection scheme based on the electric bridge method, uses AVR MCU as the control chip of the detection system, and adds LCD display, audible and visual alarm, serial communication and other modules. During the test, when the power supply voltage is 300 V, 500 V and 700 V respectively, keep the collected partial voltage resistance value as 20 kΩ, change the resistance value of the sliding rheostat in the test system, realize the collection of the insulation resistance network voltage, and send the data to the single chip microcomputer. After calculation, the insulation resistance value is obtained and displayed. When the insulation resistance does not meet the national standard, the buzzer alarm is triggered to achieve the warning effect. The simulation results show that the system works normally and meets the design requirements.

    Research Progress of Charging and Battery Swapping Technology for Electric Vehicles

    Electric vehicles are of great significance to the construction of ecological civilization. The development of electric vehicles must speed up the construction of charging and swapping infrastructure and improve the service level of charging infrastructure.Focusing on the construction of electric vehicle charging and swapping infrastructure, the article sorts out the latest research results of charging facility location, charging and swapping, power management technology and wireless charging technology. In terms of charging facility location, it introduces the location model of taxi-specific charging stations. Based on the actual driving data of a pure electric vehicle to establish a charging facility optimization layout model, and based on the two-level planning theory of charging load demand prediction to establish a charging pile location and capacity model and a constrained probability traffic flow refueling location model. The results of power management technology are discussed. The results show that the energy optimization management model aiming at the optimization of comprehensive economic indicators has multiple solutions, and should be optimized according to the actual situation with multiple objectives and multiple stages. The energy manager should formulate flexible incentive measures to regulate user participation. Through the research, it provides a certain reference for the development of the electric vehicle charging and swapping technology field.

    Analysis of Air Cooling Heat Dissipation of Automotive Power Battery Based on Fluent

    Aiming at the problems of low and uneven heat dissipation efficiency of automotive power battery in the working process, this paper optimized the battery layout and heat dissipation air channel. Based on Fluent software, the air cooling heat dissipation simulation of square battery and cylindrical battery was carried out. The simulation results show that the heat dissipation of the square battery is more uniform by longitudinal arrangement. For square batteries, there is little difference between the heat dissipation effect of local air channel and that of the whole air channel. For cylindrical batteries, the heat dissipation effect of the whole air channel is better than that of the local air channel. The heat dissipation effect of the air inlet battery string in the center position is better than that of the air inlet in the side position. The influence of different battery arrangement and air channel on battery heat dissipation obtained in this paper can provide some help for the research of battery heat dissipation.

    In order to actively comply with the development trend of new energy technology and industry, seize the opportunity of new energy product switching, and realize the product technology upgrading of new energy concrete mixer truck. Through the research and analysis of policy development trend, market capacity and actual operating conditions of products, establish the theoretical analysis logic of policy, market and product, formulate the technical route of pure electric concrete mixer truck, study and analyze advantages and disadvantages of the technical scheme, and identified the technical path suitable for the operating conditions of products. According to the actual application of products, compare and analyze the energy consumption of new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles in the whole life cycle, and complete the product economy calculation model. In this paper, the basic product theory is studied and discussed in detail, which can be popularized and applied in the follow-up seriation product development process.

    The Automatic Driving Vehicles Braking System Based on Point-brake Strategy

    Autonomous driving vehicles need to have the ability to automatically complete the braking action, the process of precision and comfort requirements are very high, is an important index to reflect the safety of the vehicles. In this paper, the autonomous emergency braking system of the vehicles is verified based on two braking strategies by analyzing the working characteristics of the vehicle air brake system. The results show that the point-brake baking strategy can not only improve the braking accuracy, but also improve the comfort to a certain extent, improve the safety of the vehicle and the driver and passenger, and help to further accelerate the commercialization of automatic driving.

    Brushless DC Motor (BLDC) is a nonlinear motion system with many parameter variables and high coupling. During the operation of the vehicle, it is relatively easy to be affected by unknown disturbances. Aiming at this problem, the Fuzzy Adaptation+Active Disturbances Rejection Controller (ADRC) of the BLDC is applied in this paper, which can effectively reduce the interference of various disturbances for the stable operation of the vehicle. At the same time, it can improve the speed response of BLDC. Through simulation and experiments, this scheme can significantly improve the operability ande speed regulation of the BLDC during driving.

    Simulation and Optimization of the Air Volume in Cooling System of a Passenger Car

    In view of the problem that the air intake of cooling system can not meet the requirements when the opening area of the grille can not be increased in the design stage of a passenger car, the paper analyzes the reasons of insufficient air intake of cooling system according to the results of simulation calculation based the Star ccm+software simulating flow field in a passenger car. According to the analysis of the cloud chart of the simulation results, the improvement measures of adding the guide plate in the water tank and optimizing the guide plate on both sides of the fan are worked out to increase the air intake volume of the cooling system, which is finally verified by the hub test of the cooling system. This paper provides a solution to improve the cooling performance of passenger cars without increasing the grille opening area, and provides a reference for the development method of cooling system in the design stage of vehicle models.

    Simulation and Optimization of MacPherson Suspension Based on ADAMS/Insight

    In this paper, the MacPherson front suspension of a certain car is used as the research object, and the multi-body dynamics virtual prototype model of the McPherson front independent suspension of the car is established using ADAMS/Car, the simulation test of parallel runout of the double wheels was designed for the model. ADAMS/Insight optimizes the suspension design parameters, selects 9 hard-point coordinate values as design variables, and selects the main 5 suspension performance parameters (wheel toe-angle, etc.) as optimization targets, carries out sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization to obtain optimization after the hard point coordinate value. The results show that the performance of the optimized McPherson front independent suspension has been greatly improved, which has certain reference significance for the optimization design of the McPherson suspension in engineering.

    Dynamic Reliability Optimization Design of Automobile Drum Brake

    Taking the dynamic reliability of the drum brake as one of the constraints of the three elements of its optimal design can solve the problems of the decline of the life and braking reliability of the drum brake in long-term use. The relationship among the braking reliability, braking distance and braking time of drum brake is obtained from the road test standard, and the time-varying reliability constraint condition is constructed. The new weighted coupling function of the drum brake with the largest braking efficiency factor and the lowest braking temperature rise was taken as the objective function of the mathematical model of its optimization design. Taking the support pin drum brake as an example, the mathematical model of optimization design established above is used, and the genetic operator particle swarm optimization algorithm program written based on MATLAB is used to optimize the solution. The optimization results show that: after optimization, the braking efficiency factor of the brake is 12.20% higher than that before optimization, and the temperature rise of the brake is 13.59% lower than that before optimization.

    A hybrid electric vehicle is designed and equipped with electric systems such as battery and electric drive system on the basis of the traditional fuel vehicle architecture. Due to the change of mass distribution and centroid position, the rear axle of the vehicle is unstable and prone to out of control. In order to solve the problem of vehicle stability, the hard spot position and stiffness of chassis parts are changed, the subjective evaluation of the changed vehicle is carried out, and the stability of the vehicle is greatly improved. Finally, according to the conclusion of this paper, the solution to the problem of vehicle stability is given. The conclusion of this paper can provide a reference for the chassis tuning.

    After a heavy truck was exported to Zambia for the first time, a batch of tire eccentric wear failure occurred, which greatly shortened the service life of tires and increased the cost of vehicle use, and the customer complained strongly. Starting from the occurrence mechanism of tire eccentric wear fault, this paper identifies the influencing factors, determines the important cause, makes the optimal plan, finally eliminates the fault, and summarizes a set of tire eccentric wear fault design prevention and process control methods, designed to guide subsequent product development.

    The thermoforming technology of ultra-high strength steel plates is one of the important ways to realise the lightweighting of vehicles. The paper adopts the optimisation method of thinning ultra-high strength steel plates to optimise the structure of a heavy truck rear processor bracket for the characteristics of the thermoforming process, and verifies the structural strength requirements after optimisation with the help of Hyperworks, reducing the number of parts and reducing the weight by 37.5%, achieving the goal of lightweight design and improving production efficiency.

    A Solution of Gear Fatigue Fracture Based on CAE and DFSS Methods

    In order to solve the problem of bending fatigue fracture of the main reduction gear of a hybrid transmission in bench endurance test, the failure cause was determined and three measures were implemented through CAE and test comparison and fracture analysis. The simulation model based on MASTA software has been updated through carefully taking stiffness of abnormal gear shaft into account. Effect of stiffness change along circumferential direction on the gear fatigue strength has been studied, and simulated gear contact pattern matched test result now. A test standard which is suitable for this hybrid transmission is build. Taking stiffness of abnormal gear shaft as noise, design for six sigma method is used to design a high robust gear pair. The way to consider abnormal shaft, the method to build new dyna test standard and the procedure to design gear in this paper can be meaningful to engineering application of gear design.

    Based on the design and development of the start stop control system for a national sixth production vehicle, this paper carries on the whole vehicle safety strategy analysis and verification, introduces the start stop control principle, and through the input and output signal analysis of the system, finally carries on the verification and test on the six vehicles in the mass production, to meet the safety requirements of the whole vehicle design. Under the condition of meeting the starting and stopping conditions and control strategies, the whole vehicle can smoothly realize the starting and stopping functions according to the input signals, in the case of not meeting the starting and stopping control requirements, the vehicle will immediately stop the starting and stopping operations, realizing the safety control of starting and stopping the whole vehicle.

    During the development of a front engine front drive SUV, there is a clear whistling sound in the car with engine speed over 4 000 r/min under full throttle acceleration. After investigation tests and computational fluid dynamics analysis of the front muffler, it is determined that the whistling is caused by an opening in the intubation of the front muffler. Combining with the results of computational fluid dynamics analysis, the optimization scheme is proposed and verified on the real vehicle. It is proved that the whistling is improved significantly, which provides a reference for solving similar problems.

    Solving the Problem of a SUV Hub Fracture Based on the Analysis of the Locking Force of the Drive Shaft

    In order to solve the problem of the front disc brake hub fracture during the road test test in the development process of the brake of a certain SUV model, the authors carried out the wheel hub fracture electrostatic scanning detection, material chemical composition, metallographic structure, dynamic the simulated loading state moment loading, bearing locking force bench test, etc.. The results show that the bearing locking force actually provided by the actual vehicle drive shaft cannot reach the locking force required by the theoretical calculation of the bearing. In the process of road test and handling stability test, the tire is microscopically eight-shaped in the Y direction of the whole vehicle. The wheel acts as the focal point, and the bearing squeezes the matching end face of the wheel hub. With the rotation of the wheel, a step is gradually formed, and the wheel hub is fatigued fracture. By optimizing the bearing locking torque and improving the bearing axial locking force, the wheel hub fracture of this model is well controlled and meets the design requirements.

    Analysis on Collision Characteristics of Rear Underside Protection of Commercial Vehicles

    As a representative part of passive safety device for commercial vehicles, the rear underside protection of commercial vehicles is a standard product required by regulations. With the comprehensive implementation of vehicle laws and regulations in China and the advancement of vehicle passive safety research, at present major OEMs and modification plants have carried out special research on the rear underside protection materials and structures of commercial vehicles. In this paper, the high strength steel rear underside protection of a commercial vehicle is taken as the research object, and its anti-collision characteristics are analyzed to verify that its collision performance meets the requirements of laws and regulations. The front and bottom protection of high strength steel rolled profile is designed, and its strength meets the requirements of laws and regulations through the analysis to effectively guarantee the safety of commercial vehicles.

    Corrosion Resistance Test of Vacuum Booster with Brake Master Cylinder Assembly

    With the development of automobile industry, corrosion resistance test plays an important role in test and detection. This paper through the evaluation and analysis of corrosion resistance test, studying whether the vacuum booster with brake master cylinder assembly meets the corrosion resistance test standard. Based on the standard QFC-CA04-005-2015 Vacuum Booster with Brake Master Cylinder Assembly, use salt spray corrosion test chamber, high and low temperature alternating test chamber and high and low temperature performance test bench for vacuum booster to complete the test. The results showed that when the sample is tested under 8 826 N heavy load strength test on the performance test bench, the adjust the fork is damaged. After the analysis of corrosion resistance test data, draw the test conclusion:no less than 15% red rust and 2% corrosion resistance test samples, which led to their failure to withstand the test thrust of 8 826 N. Based on this, the author puts forward some specific suggestions to the competent authorities, it is hoped to provide reference for improving the corrosion resistance of vacuum booster with brake master cylinder assembly.

    Comparisons of Two Test Methods for Energy Consumption and Driving Range of Light-duty Vehicles

    This article compares and analyzes the test methods of GB/T 19753—2013 and GB/T 19753—2021 for the energy consumption of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) from the aspects of test conditions, test process and calculation methods, as well as GB/T 18386—2017 and GB/T 18386.1—2021 two kinds of blade electric vehicles (BEV) energy consumption and driving range test methods. 5 light-duty plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and 5 light-duty pure electric vehicles were tested respectively, and the changes in driving range, energy consumption and weighted fuel consumption were compared and analyzed. The effects of switching test methods on the test results of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and pure electric vehicles are summarized.

    Optimization and Control of Accelerated Vibration of an MPV Floor

    In this paper, aiming at the problem of excessive vibration of the floor when the floor is accelerated to 3 560 r/min during the development of an MPV model, the vibration transmission path is analyzed and the vibration data of the floor and the components of the transmission path are collected. The frequency spectrum analysis confirms that the vibration source is the second-order excitation of the engine vibration, the transmission path is the right drive shaft subsystem of the transmission system. The modal test and analysis of the right drive shaft system were further carried out, and it was confirmed that the vibration frequency was the second-order modal frequency of the drive shaft system that had implemented the single-stage dynamic vibration absorber. Under the condition that the structure of the floor and drive shaft components cannot be changed, an improvement plan for the two-stage dynamic vibration absorber is proposed, and the mathematical theoretical models of the single-stage and two-stage dynamic vibration absorber are compared and analyzed. The simulation calculation of the frequency response function of the system before and after optimization predicts the effectiveness of the optimization scheme. Finally, the prototype was trial-produced and the vehicle in question was carried for comparative testing. The results showed that the floor vibration problem was significantly improved and the accuracy of the simulation results was confirmed.

The process of coordinate system calibration and grab point calibration is introduced. The grab point is re-calibrated by coordinate system conversion.At the same time, the main interface, TCP communication interface, conveyor belt calibration interface and offset grab point calibration interface are designed, and the pixel resolution calibration interface parameters, the main interface variable parameters of RDE and TPU interaction and Module instruction parameters are explained, which have certain application value.

In order to study the application of welded pipes in commercial vehicles, the paper analyzes and researches welded pipe and seamless pipe production process, surface quality and machining performance and dimensional accuracy, discusses the feasibility in the commercial vehicle using welded pipe instead of seamless pipe. The results show that the welded pipe has the advantages of good appearance quality and high dimensional accuracy, and can be used instead of seamless pipe under certain conditions, and can also improve the consistency and lightweight effect of the product.

    The arc welding smoke exhaust and dust removal system used in the automobile welding workshop is easy to catch fire due to the working environment. After a fire, it is difficult to eliminate the fire source in time due to the closed structure of the smoke exhaust and dust removal system, which brings great economic losses and potential safety hazards to the production and operation of the enterprise. In this paper, the two difficult problems of easy ignition and difficult fire extinguishing of the traditional arc welding smoke and dust removal system are analyzed and studied. With reference to the latest achievements in the field of fire prevention and fire extinguishing in China, the anti ignition structure of the traditional smoke and dust removal system is technically improved. At the same time, a new technology of adding automatic fire extinguishing structure to the original smoke and dust removal system is designed. The upgraded and improved fire prevention structure can further reduce the fire probability of the arc welding smoke exhaust and dust removal system, and the automatic fire extinguishing system can find the fire source in time after a fire, so as to realize automatic fire extinguishing and eliminate the fire source.

    As an important carrier of automotive electrical system, wire harness plays an important role in the realization of various electrical functions. This paper briefly describes the composition of automotive electrical wiring harness, and focuses on five commom wiring harness failure modes in vehicle assembly. Combined with work experience for each failure mode’s generation mechanism and control measures to do in-depth analysis, for the automotive wiring harness processing, assembly and fault repair has a strong reference significance. The improvement of vehicle wiring harness quality is a systematic engineering, which needs to control the quality of wiring harness design, processing, distribution and assembly, and ultimately improve the quality stability of vehicle electrical appliances.

    In view of the fracture of the suspension spiral spring occurred in the truck production process, through the establishment of the fault tree to identify the risk event and the item-by-item analysis of the identification bottom event, it is determined that the technological process is not perfect and the production process does not meet the process requirements. The overwear phenomenon occurs in the end face grinding, and the rectification measures are adopted to reduce the end face cutting amount of the spiral spring, increase the tempering process and refine the grinding process parameters. The fatigue test of the improved product is carried out, the problem of end face fracture of the spiral spring is solved, and the performance and service life of the spiral spring are improved.

    Based on the research on the training characteristics of emerging engineering education talents and the OBE achievement-oriented education concept, this paper updates the quality and ability training requirements of automotive engineering talents oriented by changing needs and based on industrial adjustment, coordinates the innovative approach of multi-disciplinary cross-integration and industry-university-research, deeply explores new teaching modes, curriculum innovation systems, and teaching reform methods in applied undergraduate colleges and universities. Through practice, this paper summarizes the design concept of the result-oriented automotive engineering application-oriented talent training teaching system under the background of new engineering, takes demand-oriented "reverse design" curriculum teaching system and knowledge structure to reflect the connotation and characteristics of multi-disciplinary cross-integration of new engineering knowledge structure, perfects teaching supervision mechanism to achieve continuous improvement. The three employment evaluations have proved that the new teaching concept and talent training system can better highlight the student-oriented and ability-based teaching characteristics, and the students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability have been significantly improved.

    In order to explore the construction standard and mode of the industry education integrated training base in vocational colleges, taking the new energy automobile technology specialty as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of the industry education integrated training base in vocational colleges, highlights the significance of the construction of the industry education integrated training base, and focuses on the problems faced by the construction of the industry education integrated training base.     This paper describes the verification of on-board diagnostic system for light national Ⅵ gasoline vehicles in combination with national standards. Through systematic sorting and classification, the verification of on-board diagnostic system is divided into two categories: static on-board diagnostic system verification and dynamic on-board diagnostic system verification, and the overall verification process is established to verify the vehicle inspection, static on-board diagnostic system verification content, dynamic on-board diagnostic system verification content and some system principles, the key inspection contents of the whole vehicle, such as the inspection list of the whole vehicle and the information checklist of key environmental protection parts, are established, and the solutions to the problems of high exhaust temperature caused by heavy engine load when the light national VI gasoline vehicle is running and abnormal pollutants caused by burning the exhaust gas collection connecting hose in the laboratory are described. The verification method described in this paper is used to verify the vehicle, which can effectively improve the verification efficiency,accuracy and integrity of on-board diagnostic system verification.

    In order to meet the increasingly strict fuel consumption limit requirements of the country and reduce the fuel consumption of products, the commercial vehicle industry began to explore and study the automatic start-stop technology. The design of the engine start and stop system shall not change the normal driving habits of the driver during the action as much as possible. The start and stop system shall be opened or closed through the start and stop switch. When the system has no fault and meets the shutdown conditions, the engine shall be stopped. When the driver gives a request and meets the system restart conditions, the engine shall be restarted. During the engine start and stop, the working state of the system shall be displayed through the vehicle instrument.This paper introduces a design scheme of automatic start and stop technology matching the commercial vehicle platform, and introduces in detail the definition, working state, logical relationship, man-machine interface, starting and stopping conditions and operation requirements of the automatic start and stop system. The article also describes in detail the conditions for stopping and restarting the start stop system, the conditions for restarting without the driver's will and the main monitoring faults of the system. Some working conditions are unique to commercial vehicles, which are different from passenger vehicles, so special attention should be paid to the matching of the system.

    With the continuous development of production technology, the vehicle manufacturing industry has put forward higher requirements for the test means of air conditioning system, and the positive pressure leak test has been applied in more and more vehicle enterprises, but the leak test media are diverse, and there is no unified reference standard for the selection of leak test media. This paper takes helium, nitrogen and compressed air, three leak test media mainly used by automobile enterprises, as the research object, through the analysis method combining theory and practice, aims to improve the efficiency of the selection of positive pressure leak test media in the air-conditioning system of each vehicle enterprise, and reduce the production cost. In this paper, from comprehensive comparative analysis of five aspects, such as the principle of positive pressure leak test, the application of positive pressure leak test media, test specifications, test equipment capacity and leak test cost, finds out the advantages and disadvantages of different leak test technology, to provide reference for the medium selection of vehicles and enterprises and derives optimal conclusions.
