Abstract: This paper introduces a combined pedal signal switch gap adjustment and detection device applied to the general assembly of heavy commercial vehicles. The utility model comprises a box body, the box body is provided with an opening, which is respectively provided with a switch slot hole, a power line inlet, a light indication slot and a harness outlet, the light indication slot is correspondingly connected with the harness outlet with an indicator lamp and a harness connector, the box body is provided with a harness fixing frame, the harness and relay are laid on the harness fixing frame, the upper cover of the box body can be opened upward, and the upper cover is connected with the box body by hinges. The detection device has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, good visualization, strong universality, small floor area, easy maintenance and replacement, low use cost and low production and expansion cost, it will also provide certain reference for the industry.

摘要： 介绍了一种应用于重型汽车组合踏板信号开关间隙调整检测装置，包括盒体、上盖等， 盒体上开孔，分别设置开关槽孔、电源线入口、灯光指示槽、线束出口等，灯光指示槽与线 束出口对应连接有指示灯及线束接头，盒体内部设有线束固定架，线束固定架上敷设线束和 继电器，盒体上盖可向上打开，上盖与盒体使用合页连接。该检测装置结构简单，便于操作， 目视化好，通用性强，占地面积小，便于维修更换，使用成本低，制作和扩展成本低，对于 行业内也具有一定的参考意义。
