Abstract: In recent years, in order to improve the driving quality of fuel automotive, oems adapt to the increasingly stringent safety emission requirements of laws and regulations, and the cleanliness control requirements are more and more strict.Based on the application practice of engine factories, this paper puts forward optimization solutions on the practical application of new cleanliness testing technology, testing standard and testing process, which provides reference for continuously improving the cleanliness testing level.

摘要: 近年来各大主机厂为提高燃油机车运行质量,适应日益严苛的法规安全排放要求,对 清洁度控制要求也越来越严格。文章从近年来发动机工厂的应用实践出发,就清洁度新检测 技术、检测标准及检测流程等方面的应用提出了优化解决方案,为持续提升清洁度检测水平 提供参考依据。

关键词: 发动机零部件;清洁度检测;限值标准;杂质萃取;滤膜
