Abstract: At present, the energy density of power battery is far from reaching the energy density level of traditional fuel. The resulting short driving range seriously restricts the development of pure electric light commercial vehicles. Taking mass production conditions, reasonable cost and convenient replacement as the boundary, a feasible module subbox electrical changing scheme is proposed, and the related systems are analyzed in detail, which provides an effective reference for the design of electric changing scheme of a pure electric light commercial vehicle.

摘要: 目前,动力电池能量密度远远无法达到传统燃料的能量密度水平,由此引发的续驶里 程短问题严重制约着纯电动轻型商用车的发展。以具备量产条件、成本合理、更换便捷等为 边界,提出了一种切实可行的模块分箱换电方案,并对涉及的相关系统进行详细分析,为纯 电动轻型商用车换电方案的设计提供有效参考。
