摘要: 中国正从汽车大国向汽车强国迈进,汽车产业正加快技术变革,培养适应新产业高质 量汽车人才成为职业教育重要课题之一。文章利用问卷调查法、文献法和访谈法进行了充分 调研并获取了相关数据,基于这些数据对汽车专业的传统教学现状中存在的问题进行了剖析。 文章提出通过运用虚拟仿真技术引领教学改革的深入发展,采取定期更新软件资源,加强产 教融合等策略,有效提高汽车专业的教学质量和人才培养质量,更好地服务汽车技术转型和 产业升级。

Abstract: China is transitioning from a major automobile country to a strong automobile nation, with the automotive industry accelerating technological transformation. Cultivating high-quality automotive talents adapted to new industries has become one of the key topics in vocational education. This article conducts thorough research using questionnaire surveys, literature review, and interviews to obtain relevant data. Based on these data, it analyzes the existing problems in the traditional teaching of automotive majors. It proposes strategies such as leveraging virtual simulation technology to drive the in-depth development of teaching reform, regularly updating software resources, and strengthening industry-education integration to effectively improve the teaching quality and talent cultivation quality of automotive majors, thereby better serving the transformation of automotive technology and industrial upgrading.
