摘要: 文章以新疆地区高职汽车专业学生的教育模式现状为切入点,结合国家高质量发展战 略和汽车产业智能化、新能源化转型背景,分析新疆地区高职院校汽车专业学生培养模式与 社会需求人才不配位的现状与机遇,聚焦破解新疆现有教育模式存在的问题。通过实地调研、 材料分析和回访调查等方式,结合课程思政、法律法规、行业政策、校企合作、技能培训等 维度,提出政治引领、法治保障、德治教化、自治强基、智治支撑“五治融合”的育人发展 新模式,旨在推动新疆高职教育汽车人才培养与区域经济需求相匹配的育人新模式。

Abstract: This article takes the current situation of the education model for automotive major students in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang as the entry point, combined with the national high-quality development strategy and the background of the intelligent and new energy transformation of the automotive industry, it analyzes the current situation and opportunities of the mismatch between the training model of automotive major students in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang and the social demand for talents, and focuses on solving the problems existing in the current education model in Xinjiang. Through on-site research, material analysis, and follow-up investigation, and in combination with dimensions such as ideological and political education in courses, laws and regulations, industry policies, school-enterprise cooperation, and skills training, a new model of education and development featuring the integration of political guidance, legal guarantee, moral education, self-governance to strengthen the foundation, and intelligent governance to support is proposed. It aims to promote a new educational model that matches the cultivation of automotive talents in higher vocational education in Xinjiang with the demands of the regional economy.
