高质量发展背景下汽车专业学生技能提升 路径研究

Research on the Path of Skill Upgrading for Automobile Majors Students in the Context of High Quality Development

摘要: 高质量发展需要高技能人才的支撑,在汽车技术不断迭代更新的时代,如何提高汽车 专业学生技能水平,使培养的学生在毕业后能够迅速适应岗位工作,已经成为亟待解决的问 题。文章对职业院校汽车专业学生技能培养现状、新时代对于汽车技能人才的需求进行了分 析,针对目前存在的问题和不足,提出从“岗课赛证融合”教学改革、汽车专业数字资源库 建设、专业技能自主学习平台建设、第二课堂的开展以及校企融合特色实训室的建设等路径 来提高学生技能水平,并加以实践验证。结果表明,学生职教高考技能考试成绩平均提高了 13 分左右,技能考证通过率提高了 10%,专转本上线率提高了 8%,技能大赛成绩出现新突 破,学生技能水平提升初见成效。

Abstract: High quality development needs the support of high-skilled talents. How to improve the skill level of automobile majors students in the era of continuous iteration and renewal of automobile technology, it has become an urgent problem to make the cultivate students adapt to the post work quickly after graduation. This paper analyzes the present situation of skill training of automobile major students in vocational colleges and the demand for automobile skill talents in the new era, for the current existing problems and deficiencies puts forward some ways to improve students' skill level, such as the teaching reform of "post course competition and certificate integration", the construction of digital resource bank of automobile majors, the construction of professional skill self-learning platform, the development of the second class and the construction of characteristic training room of school-enterprise integration and put it into practice for verification. The results show that the average score of students in the vocational education college entrance examination skills exam increases by about 13 points, the pass rate of skills certification increases by 10%, the online rate of vocational college transfer increases by 8%, and there is a new breakthrough in the skills competition results. The improvement of students' skills level has achieved initial results.
