Abstract: As an important link of automobile production, the production of auto parts should be paid special attention to ensure the quality of automobile products. In view of this, this article has carried on the analysis to the automobile product project management supplier quality management, first has outlined separately the automobile product project management and the supplier management theory foundation, then it analyzes the current situation of the supplier management in the general automobile product project management in our country, finds out the existing problems, finds the relevant data and materials, finaly combines the factors of the times, and gives a more scientific strategy, the aim is to improve the quality of automotive product project management suppliers, improve the overall quality of vehicles.

摘要： 作为汽车生产的重要环节，汽车零部件生产要格外予以重视方能保障汽车产品的质量。 鉴于此，文章对汽车产品项目管理中的供应商质量管理进行分析，概述了汽车产品项目管理 和供应商管理的理论基础，分析了当前全国普遍的汽车产品项目管理中的供应商管理现状及 存在问题，结合时代因素提出了较为科学的策略，旨在提升汽车产品项目管理中的供应商质 量和汽车整体质量。
