Abstract: Wiper system is not only an important part of comfortable driving, but also a main safety device in the process of driving. This paper mainly introduces the main electrical components of the wiper system on heavy truck, the working principle of the electrical framework, and the troubleshooting ideas and methods of abnormal wiper function. Combined with the actual fault phenomenon of the whole vehicle, this paper expounds the fault analysis and solution ideas by using professional electrical technology, so as to provide reliable and feasible maintenance solutions for abnormal wiper function.

摘要： 雨刮系统是汽车舒适驾驶的一个重要组成部分，同样也是汽车驾驶过程中的一种主要 安全装置。论文主要介绍重型卡车上雨刮系统的主要电器组成部分、电器构架工作原理及雨 刮功能异常故障排查思路和方法。结合整车实际故障现象，运用专业电器技术阐述故障分析 解决思路，为雨刮功能异常提供可靠可行的维修解决方法。
