Abstract: As an important carrier of automotive electrical system, wire harness plays an important role in the realization of various electrical functions. This paper briefly describes the composition of automotive electrical wiring harness, and focuses on five commom wiring harness failure modes in vehicle assembly. Combined with work experience for each failure mode’s generation mechanism and control measures to do in-depth analysis, for the automotive wiring harness processing, assembly and fault repair has a strong reference significance. The improvement of vehicle wiring harness quality is a systematic engineering, which needs to control the quality of wiring harness design, processing, distribution and assembly, and ultimately improve the quality stability of vehicle electrical appliances.

摘要: 线束作为汽车电器系统的重要载体,对于汽车上各种电器功能的实现起着重要作用。 论文简述了汽车电器线束的组成,并重点阐述了车辆装配中的五种常见线束失效模式。结合 工作经验对于每种失效模式的产生机理和相应控制措施做了深入的分析,对于汽车线束的加 工、装配和故障检修有很强的借鉴意义。车辆线束质量的改进提升是一个系统工程,需要从 线束设计、加工、配送和装配各环节把控质量,最终提升整车电器质量稳定性。
