Abstract: A hybrid electric vehicle is designed and equipped with electric systems such as battery and electric drive system on the basis of the traditional fuel vehicle architecture. Due to the change of mass distribution and centroid position, the rear axle of the vehicle is unstable and prone to out of control. In order to solve the problem of vehicle stability, the hard spot position and stiffness of chassis parts are changed, the subjective evaluation of the changed vehicle is carried out, and the stability of the vehicle is greatly improved. Finally, according to the conclusion of this paper, the solution to the problem of vehicle stability is given. The conclusion of this paper can provide a reference for the chassis tuning.

摘要: 某混合动力车型是在传统燃油车架构基础上设计加装电池及电力驱动等电气系统组合 而成,由于匹配之后的车辆重量和质心位置发生了变化,造成车辆后轴不稳,后轴容易甩尾 失控。为了解决车辆稳定性问题,对车辆底盘零部件硬点位置及零件刚度两个方面进行更改, 对更改之后的车辆进行主观评价,稳定性得到较大提升。最后根据文中结论给出车辆稳定性 问题的解决方法,调校结论可以为轿车底盘调校提供参考。
