    Energy Consumption Prediction of Electric Vehicles Based on Combination Model

    The driving range of electric vehicles is lower than traditional fuel vehicles at the same level price. The driving range problem seriously limits the promotion of electric vehicles in China. Therefore, predicting the energy consumption of electric vehicles can estimate the driving range accurately, reduce drivers' mileage anxiety and enhance consumers' purchase intention. Based on the real vehicle data collected by the electric vehicle monitoring platform, this paper proposes an energy consumption prediction method of multiple linear regression and radial basis function neural network. Firstly, the energy flow direction of electric vehicle is systematically analyzed, which mainly includes three parts: driving resistance energy consumption, braking recovered energy and accessory energy consumption. Based on the analysis of energy flow direction and considering the influence of temperature on the energy consumption, the data collected by the real vehicle are used to identify the parameters of the regression model, and the multiple linear regression model for energy consumption prediction is established. Compared with the actual value,the nonlinear error is obtained. Finally, the RBF neural network is used to fit the nonlinear residual of the regression model. The results shows that the model can improve the prediction accuracy of single model, and it is of practical significance in estimating the driving range of electric vehicles.

    The Remote Monitoring System of Pure Electric Bus Based on 5G

    In the era of high-quality development, the combination of public transportation, intelligent networking, and high-tech has become the mainstream trend of urban transportation development. In order to achieve more efficient safety management of pure electric buses, the article focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the battery, motor, vehicle controller and vehicle performance, and determines the safety technologies that need to be monitored during the driving process of pure electric buses, parameters, constructed a BP neural network security evaluation model, and finally designed a remote monitoring system with 5G communication technology as the core based on the characteristics of 5G high speed and low delay, which can not only improve the accuracy of data collection and data transmission. It can also achieve comprehensive safety monitoring to ensure the driving safety and reliability of the vehicle. The research results show that the system realizes comprehensive remote monitoring and status evaluation of pure electric buses, and realizes relatively efficient and stable data transmission during vehicle operation, which has certain development and utilization value.

    Research on Electric Quantity Matching Based on Working Characteristics of Mixer Truck

    The purpose of this paper is to study the power battery matching of new energy pure electric vehicles. Based on the pure electric mixer, the matching method of power battery is studied by establishing the working characteristic model of mixer. The research results are fully consistent with the daily working characteristics of pure electric mixer, and the power battery power can also meet the demand of full cycle use, which is consistent with the field research results of pure electric mixer. This conclusion can provide a certain reference for the research and development of pure electric vehicles. At the same time, the modeling method of mixing vehicle working characteristics in this paper can be used to study the power battery matching of other fixed application scenarios, so as to contribute to the development of pure electric vehicles and energy conservation and emission reduction.

    Design and Finite Element Analysis of the Electric Driving Wheel-hub

    Hub drive is a new driving type of electric vehicle, which integrates the power, transmission and braking of vehicle into the hub to form an integrated "electric driving wheel". The hub of traditional car can't meet this integration, so a new design of hub is needed. According to the service conditions of electric driving wheel, an electric driving wheel-hub is designed to meet the requirements of electric vehicle. The simulation results show that the bearing capacity, stiffness and strength of the wheel-hub can meet the requirements of vehicle driving conditions. The research results have a certain reference value for the development and promotion of hub motor-driven electric vehicles.

Through the data sorting and in-depth research on the automatic driving test field, the construction progress of the existing automatic driving test field at home and abroad and the test field scene content were analyzed. By comparing with other automatic driving test methods, summarized the advantages and necessity of virtual test. The scene composition, elements and scene data sources of the automatic driving virtual test field were studied. Furthermore, the research directions that should be paid attention to in the future were prospected.

    Research on Straight Lane Identification Technology Based on OpenCV

    With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, intelligent driving has become a hot field. As a key technology in the field of intelligent driving, lane detection technology is of great significance to accurately identify it. Aiming at the problem of straight lane recognition, a straight lane recognition algorithm based on OpenCV was designed. First, in order to improve the accuracy of detection, the color images of lane lines are read as gray images. Then the lane edge is extracted by Canny operator in edge detection algorithm. In order to further reduce the interference of lane recognition and improve the computing efficiency, the region of interest (ROI) of the image is set. Finally, the lane lines are fitted based on Hough transform, and the left and right lane lines are fitted respectively according to the slope range of the left and right lane lines. The OpenCv library is used to verify the algorithm, and the results show that the algorithm has good accuracy, and finally achieves the purpose of identifying lane lines.

    A Deep Learning Visual Vehicle Detection Method Based on YOLOv3

    With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, driverless driving has become one of the main research directions in the current automotive industry, and vision-based vehicle detection has become an irreplaceable part of driverless car technology. This paper proposes a new target detection method based on the YOLOv3 detection algorithm. First, an augmented data set is made on the basis of the COCO data set, and the characteristics of vehicles such as cars, trucks, motorcycles and wheels were marked, and then the obtained COCO data set and augmented data set are used to train the YOLOv3 network and test the experimental results. Then use the network structure to compare the detection results between different detection algorithms. The method proposed in this paper effectively improves the accuracy of vehicle feature extraction, but also improves the detection speed and increases the robustness.

    Pedestrian Detection Based on Improved Faster-RCNN Algorithm

    Pedestrian detection is a very important task in the process of automobile intelligence, and the vigorous development of deep learning has pointed out a new direction for it.This paper improves the Faster-RCNN algorithm and applies it to pedestrian detection based on vehicle cameras. In this paper, the feature extraction network is changed from the original Vgg16 network to the Resnet50 network, and the number of anchor points is increased, which improves the detection effect of the algorithm on small target pedestrians. This paper also introduces the FPN pyramid structure, which is more suitable for multi-scale pedestrian detection. Finally, the improved algorithm was tested on the Caltech pedestrian data set, and a good detection effect was achieved, and the mAP reached 95%.

    Receiving Terminal Optimization Strategy for Optical Communication Based on Perturbation Observation Method

    In the visible light communication system of intelligent networked vehicle, the problem of unstable signal transmission between the transmitting end and the receiving end of moving optical signal is solved by using the perturbation observation method to achieve the optimal receiving state of photodiode. The optical signal is converted into the electrical signal through the photodiode array, and the electrical signal enters the redundant average circuit after passing through the amplifier circuit. The multi-channel electrical signals generated by the photodiode array are processed for similarity to generate the signal output with the highest similarity along the way. After the signal arrives at the SCM, the similarity between the signal and the reference signal will be calculated. Disturbance is added to the spatial coordinates corresponding to the new electrical signal group. After the disturbance, the electrical signal group is compared with the reference signal for similarity, and the signal group with high similarity is retained as the new reference signal. The photodiode array is adjusted by micro-electromechanical structure according to its corresponding spatial coordinates to achieve the best receiving state, and the problem of signal instability is solved successfully.

    Design of Traction Device for Heavy Dump Truck

    According to the non-highway transportation conditions such as urban construction slag soil and mining area, the traction device of heavy dump truck is designed and studied in order to avoid the potential failure modes such as the bending of crossbeam, the fracture of device and the failure of threaded hole during the traction process, effectively reduce the loss of design quality, improve the design quality control level. The traction device is installed between the left and right extension beams. The left and right connecting seats meet the installation requirements of the left and right brackets of the bumper, the design should pay attention to the functional requirement, the strength requirement of the parts, the DMU check of the surrounding environment and the installation space of the front hook hand. When the vehicle is stuck in a mud pit, the towing hook can be connected with the towing device and the trap can be solved by dragging. In this paper, Hyperworks software is used to carry out three-dimensional modeling and stress analysis of the three plans of the traction device in the design phase, the design scheme should take into account the manufacturing process, assembly feasibility and economy of the parts and components, and determine the best scheme by synthesizing all factors, through the strain test and strength test, it is concluded that the parts meet the demand of heavy dump truck’s traction condition, and the application of the parts is tracked after they are put into the market in batches.

Relevant data show that compared with other types of vehicles, SUV is more likely to have rollover accidents. Moreover, compared with other types of traffic accidents, rollover accidents have a higher casualty rate, and have become a major cause that can not be ignored to threaten the safety of people's lives and property. Based on the above, this paper discusses the factors causing SUV rollover, analyzes the mechanism of SUV rollover, and expounds several mature active safety technologies in the field of active anti rollover control.

    With the continuous development of simulation technology, driving simulators are helpful for vehicle product development and driving behavior research. The steering system of driving simulators is very important and directly affects the user experience. Based on the modeling method of vehicle steering system, this paper designs a steering system with high simulation degree and high immersion. It completes the overall design of the steering system, hardware selection and software design, and finally passes the Carsim/Simulink joint simulation test. The feasibility of the steering system of the driving simulator designed in this paper is proved.

    Kinematics Analysis and Optimization of Double Wishbone Suspension Guide Mechanism

    According to the characteristics of the double wall-arm suspension system, the space model of the suspension system was established, the kinematics characteristics were analyzed, and the correctness of the model was verified by simulation. Simulation model of double wall-arm suspension system was established by using ADAMS/CAR, and the variation law of wheel positioning parameters with wheel up-down runout was analyzed. The wheel positioning parameters were taken as the optimization objective, and the hard point coordinates of the guide mechanism were taken as the design variables for optimization simulation. Simulation results show that the variation range of the optimized wheel positioning parameters is reduced compared with that before the optimization, and the performance of the suspension is improved.

    Aiming at the frequent fire accidents of express freight cars, the freight car fire alarm system is designed. The system combines sensors (including temperature sensors, infrared flame detectors, and smoke detector) with alarms CO2 cylinder, the potential fire danger is communicated to the truck driver and the people and vehicles outside the truck by sensing the temperature change, smoke concentration change and whether there is a bright fire light. The position of all kinds of sensors is determined by numerical simulation method, and the scale model of truck fire alarm system is made, at the same time, the CO2 cylinder began to work to extinguish the fire. The study provides the train of thought for the real freight car fire alarm system and fills up the loopholes and defects in the transportation safety of express industry.

    To fight against abnormal climate change and improve environment friendly development, the new energy vehicles enter a new stage of rapid growth in China. As an important direction of new energy vehicle, fuel cell vehicle is strongly supported by national and local government. Fuel cell stack is one of the core components of fuel cell vehicle, whose environmental adaptability will significantly influence the performance of the vehicle. Therefore, the environmental adaptability test of fuel cell stack is essential for product development. However, currently there is no national standard for the environmental adaptability test of fuel cell stack. This paper studies the environmental adaptability test of fuel cell stack based on its working environment conditions and application scenarios, and puts forward the design concept of the environmental adaptability test method of fuel cell stack, so as to provide some reference for the industry to arrange the environmental adaptability test plan of fuel cell stack.

    The relative position of the tire and the fender affects the appearance of the vehicle. If it is not effectively controlled during the vehicle design and development process, it will easily lead to the problem of tire inversion or poor posture. This article uses the MacPherson front suspension sedan as an example to analyze the influencing factors affecting the visual aesthetics of the tire and fender, and uses CATIA to establish the motion model of the MacPherson suspension to make the tire envelope, and determine the influencing factors regarding the degree of influence of the visual aesthetics of tires and fenders, and formulating control strategies for each influencing factor to enhance the visual effect of the vehicle.

    Based on engineering materials science and finite element theory, Nastran simulation software is used in this paper. According to the requirements of the national standard, the structural optimization design and comparative analysis are carried out for the lightweight schemes of steel rear protection and aluminum rear protection of a commercial light truck. The CAE stiffness analysis of the lightweight scheme of aluminum alloy rear protection structure meets the target requirements. Compared with steel rear protection, the weight of aluminum alloy rear protection is reduced by 6.1 kg, and the lightweight effect is remarkable. On the one hand, the application scope of aluminum alloy lightweight materials in commercial light truck models is promoted and applied. On the other hand, the weight reduction of 6.1 kg is achieved, which has a significant lightweight effect, helps to reduce the curb weight of light truck, promotes the achievement of the requirements of vehicle Blue Brand Regulations, and provides a strong support for the energy conservation and consumption reduction of commercial light truck.

    In order to avoid vehicle rear-end collision accidents, this paper analyzes the braking behavior characteristics of the vehicle group based on the roadside fixed collection tests. The results show that the reasons for the braking of the car group are the changes in the running state of the preceding vehicle and the prediction of the hazard of the vehicle. The main reasons for the braking of the first car in the car group are the lane change and the close distance of the following car. When the car group brakes, the first car mostly brakes slightly. the greater the braking deceleration of the preceding car, the more obvious the braking response of the driver of the following car. as the following distance and the time headway of the vehicles in the car group decrease, when the front brake light is on, the following car will output larger braking deceleration. the increase time of braking deceleration varies greatly depending on the driving style of the driver.

    In order to improve the efficiency and quality of solving the abnormal noise of vehicle shock absorber, avoid the abnormal noise at the market end, the process and method based on the combination of shock absorber matching and calibration are proposed. Firstly, the subjective evaluation of abnormal noise was classified and sorted out, and the working conditions and the scoring rules were defined. Secondly, the objective test method of the whole vehicle and the platform is defined, and the shock absorber abnormal noise is incorporated into the forward tuning process for acceptance based on the evaluation of the chassis handling stability and comfort by associating the objective test data. Finally, a vehicle shock absorber abnormal noise is quickly solved through the case practice.

    PWE/NS-FEM for Band Structures Simulation of Semi-infinite Plate-like Phononic Crystals

    The phononic crystal is a kind of periodic functional material with elastic wave band gap, which can attenuate the elastic wave propagating in the medium, thus it has great application value in automobile vibration and noise reduction. In this paper, in order to solve the problems of complex calculation and low numerical accuracy in the existing methods for band structures simulation of semi-infinite plate-like phononic crystals, a theoretical framework of plane wave expansion/node-based smoothed finite element method is constructed by adopting the gradient smoothing technique and spatial fourier series. Numerical examples demonstrate that the nodebased gradient smoothing technique can soften the numerical model to a certain extent, thus the present plane wave expansion/node-based smoothed finite element method possesses higher computational accuracy for band structures simulation of semi-infinite plate-like PCs, which has great potential in industrial application.

    With the continuous improvement of the (Noise、Vibration、Harshness, NVH) level of automobile companies, users are paying more and more attention to ride comfort. Seat vibration is a key indicator of car ride comfort, and its magnitude directly affects vehicle ride comfort. There are many factors that affect seat vibration. The seat vibration problem caused by the dynamic unbalance excitation of the drive shaft is difficult to control effectively in engineering due to many influencing factors. The Reason of high-speed seat vibration caused by dynamic imbalance of transmission shaft was presented by this paper. The basic theory of imbalance excitation of transmission shaft was explained. The problem is analyzed from the excitation source and the transfer path respectively. By controlling the dynamic balance of the transmission shaft and the rear axle, the dynamic imbalanced excitation force can be reduced and the high-speed seat vibration can be reduced. At the same time, the transfer path analysis method is used to analyze the problem, the transfer path analysis model was established, and the key transfer path was determined. Determine the critical transmission path through computational analysis. The effective optimization scheme is developed. The validity of the scheme is confirmed through real vehicle verification.

    The fluctuation of the injection quantity on the diesel engine affects the performance of the power and the characteristics of the emission of the engine. In order to study the laws of the influence and the mechanisms of the fluctuation on the cycle fuel injection, this paper analyzes the key design parameters and control parameters of the combined pump based on the electronic unit pump, combined with the methods of the theoretical analysis and the numerical modeling. The results show that the consistencies of the peak pressure and the injection quantity increase with the increase of the supply oil pressure and the diameters of the main and secondary oil passages of the combined pump. The influence tends to be consistent and there is an point of the inflection. When the supply pressure of the low oil passages is greater than 6 bar, the diameter of the main oil passage is greater than 8 mm, and the diameter of the secondary oil passage is greater than 4 mm, the influences of the fluctuation on the circulating injection quantity and the peak pressure are weak, and the consistency is significantly improved.

    In the development process of intelligent assistant driving, when Lane Keeping Assistant (LKA) is driving in a straight line, when the driver operates the steering wheel slowly, the control torque of LKA interferes with the steering force of the driver, resulting in uncomfortable feeling. Aiming at the problem that LKA function affects steering discomfort, this paper analyzes the influence of LKA on steering. It mainly studies the yaw acceleration sensor which affects LKA function and the transverse slope of test road. The results show that the yaw rate and the cross slope of test road have influence on LKA function, which leads to the interference effect of LKA function on automobile steering system, resulting in discomfort during driving.

    The difference of the rolling resistance between the bench test and road test is analyzed, which verifies the feasibility of the test method on the rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is studied by MAHA four-drive chassis dynamometer based on the four design factors including environment temperature, inflation pressure, front wheel vertical load, velocity. An orthogonal test table with four levels and five factors is established to investigate the combined effects of the four factors on the rolling resistance based on the results from single factor analyses. The test results can instruct and provide evidence to vehicle performance test.

    As more and more new technologies applied on vehicle, steel-aluminum hybrid BIW (body in white) and closures become more and more common. And the issue of steel-aluminum electrophoresis deformation becomes an urgent and need to be fixed effectively. By measure data analyzation, physic verification, process test, this article systematically analyzed the causes of electrodeposition deformation. By physic experiment, from structure strength improving, process optimization and pre-deformation, this article gives a sort of solution to solve electrodeposition deformation, to reduce deformation and guarantee geometry dimension, reduce manufacture cost, improve product quality. And this article gives an experiment method of door electrodeposition deformation to solve, which can be applied to other closures and back grounds. It’s very useful experience for similar problem to solve.

    Influence of Spot Welding on Collision of Hot Forming Parts

    With the higher requirement of automobile lightweight and safety, more and more hot stamping parts be used in body in white because of their very high strength. For hot stamping parts, the strength of heat-affected zone (HAZ) will be lower after resistance spot welding due to insufficient cooling. The small heat affected zone will cause stress concentration. In the pole crash testing, the hot stamping A-pillar reinforcement is easy to crack from the heat affected zone. In order to solve the crack issue, the A-pillar reinforcement can adopt the external induction annealing. After the induction annealing, the strength of welded flange is the same as that of heat affected zone, so as to eliminate the problem of stress concentration in heat affected zone. The results of computer aided engineering analysis show that the problem of collision cracking can be solved by induction heating without increasing the thickness and weight of parts.

    In this paper, combining the quality of parts, body mounting holes and assembly process, a comprehensive analysis of the clearance between the lower guard plate in the middle section of the instrument panel and the instrument panel body is carried out, and finally it is determined that the sinking of the white body floor sheet metal is the main cause of the clearance tolerance problem. And then formulated corresponding improvement measures to eliminate the impact of sheet metal sinking, improve the appearance of the instrument panel, and accumulate experience for subsequent model design.

    The bumpy driving problem of heavy-duty vehicles plagues original equipment manufacture, mainly due to poor vehicle vibration isolation and poor road adaptability. How to accurately and effectively find the root cause of the problem, and how to really play the role of team-oriented problem solving (8 Disciplines, 8D) in quality research. The article combines a company's new H7 model for a comprehensive and in-depth exchange of experience. The H7 model was put into the market in small batches, and the cab was bumpy and the driving comfort was poor, which caused customers to complain. The research team scientifically applied 8D, and through tree map sorting and cause investigation, it was determined that the key factor was the poor front suspension damping effect led to driving. The room is bumpy, and the standard implementation of 8D completely solves this problem and realizes the double return of technology and management. The article gives a detailed introduction to the 8D method in all directions, multiple angles and key points, especially summarizes the importance and role of the two stages of 8D formalization, D0 and D8, and innovatively proposes the necessity of setting quality goals, to provide new concepts and ideas for the correct application of 8D in automotive products. At the same time, it analyzes the causes of vehicle bumps, and proposes a shock isolation design idea, which provides direction and reference for the establishment of key factors for vehicle bumpiness.

    Forward collision warning system is increasingly being used in longitudinal driver assistance systems in intelligent vehicles to reduce the likelihood of a rear-end collision by sending warning signals to the driver. In this paper, the forward collision warning algorithms are divided into safety time logic algorithm and safety distance logic algorithm according to the types of warning threshold, and the research status of the two algorithms is introduced respectively. In addition, in order to reduce the false alarm rate of the forward collision warning algorithm, the warning threshold should change with the driving environment and driver characteristics in real time. The adaptive method of adjusting the warning threshold are also summarized and introduced.
