基于主客观评价的减振器异响问题规避方法

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and quality of solving the abnormal noise of vehicle shock absorber, avoid the abnormal noise at the market end, the process and method based on the combination of shock absorber matching and calibration are proposed. Firstly, the subjective evaluation of abnormal noise was classified and sorted out, and the working conditions and the scoring rules were defined. Secondly, the objective test method of the whole vehicle and the platform is defined, and the shock absorber abnormal noise is incorporated into the forward tuning process for acceptance based on the evaluation of the chassis handling stability and comfort by associating the objective test data. Finally, a vehicle shock absorber abnormal noise is quickly solved through the case practice.

摘要: 为提高各工况场景车辆减振器异响问题解决效率和质量,规避市场端减振器异响问题, 论文提出基于减振器匹配调校结合的异响解决流程和方法。首先对异响主观评价进行归类整 理,明确减振器异响工况场景和评分规则;其次明确减振器异响的整车和台架客观测试方法, 通过关联客观测试数据,在底盘操纵稳定性和平顺性评价基础上将减振器异响纳入正向调校 流程进行验收;最后通过案例实践实现某车型减振器异响问题的快速规避。
