Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the power battery matching of new energy pure electric vehicles. Based on the pure electric mixer, the matching method of power battery is studied by establishing the working characteristic model of mixer. The research results are fully consistent with the daily working characteristics of pure electric mixer, and the power battery power can also meet the demand of full cycle use, which is consistent with the field research results of pure electric mixer. This conclusion can provide a certain reference for the research and development of pure electric vehicles. At the same time, the modeling method of mixing vehicle working characteristics in this paper can be used to study the power battery matching of other fixed application scenarios, so as to contribute to the development of pure electric vehicles and energy conservation and emission reduction.

摘要: 文章以新能源纯电动汽车动力电池电量匹配为研究目的,通过建立搅拌车工作特性模 型,以纯电动搅拌车为基础,研究动力电池电量的匹配方法。研究结果完全符合纯电动搅拌 车的日常工作特性,动力电池电量也可以满足全周期使用需求,与纯电动搅拌车的实地调研 结果相符。该结论可以为纯电动汽车研发工作提供一定的参考,同时,可用文中对搅拌车工 作特性的建模方法研究其他固定应用场景车型的动力电池匹配,为纯电动汽车的发展及节能 减排做贡献。
