Abstract: As one of the first components operated by the user, the comfort of the door handle directly affects the user's first impression of the whole vehicle. This paper discusses the man-machine layout, part size,the opening force stroke and other influencing factors (including operation habit compliance, abnormal noise and shaking) are studied, the influence mechanism of each aspect is explained, the distribution range of design parameters is analyzed by measuring the relevant parameters of different models in the market, and the specific reference target value is given, hoping to provide reference significance for the forward development of external handle.

摘要： 车门外把手作为用户最先操作的部件之一，其舒适性好坏直接影响用户对整车的第一 印象。文章从人机布置、零件尺寸、开启力-行程和其他影响因素（包括操作习惯符合性、异 响、晃动）四个方面进行了研究，解释了每个方面的影响机理，并通过测量市场上不同车型 的相关参数，分析设计参数分布范围，并据此给出具体参考目标值，希望对外把手正向开发 提供借鉴意义。
