Abstract: As the requirement of differentiation and personalized automotive products to market, especially to car of customer-to-manufacturer is very vigorous. Producing car of customer-tomanufacturer will become the impotent operation mode of automobile production enterprises in the future. How to efficiently connect the data of automobile in R&D, procurement, circulation of materials, manufacture, sales and other business modules to make sure that the relevant data can be quickly transmitted, executed and fed back in each service port is the key to ensure the rapid customization of automobile production activities. In this paper, we will talk about how to manage data of personalized automotive products combine with practice. We will form a set of efficient and concise automobile data management idea. This method can not only ensure the design, production and sales needs of the whole vehicle, but also ensure that the data of each link is more in line with the needs of design alteration business. The method also ensure that the design alteration data, inventory data and logistics data of parts can achieve the most reasonable management.

摘要: 随着市场对差异化、个性化汽车产品需求增加,特别是定制化汽车的需求越来越强烈, 定制化的汽车产品制造必将成为整车企业未来重要的运营方式。基于固定化配置车型数据的 管理方式越来越难以适应新形势下整车企业在研发、采购、财务、物流等环节的数据管理要 求。如何高效地衔接企业在研发、采购、物流、生产及销售等各个业务环节上的数据,使相 关数据能完整高效地在各业务端口高效传递、执行并反馈将是保障定制化汽车生产活动的关 键。文章将在如何管理定制化汽车数据方面结合实际管理的需要进行分析探讨,讨论出一套 高效的简便的整车数据管理方法,不仅确保整车的设计、生产及销售能满足定制化生产的需 求,同时保障各环节的数据变更能更符合现代管理的需要,从而保障零部件的设计变更数据、 库存数据、物流数据能达到最合理化的管理。
