Abstract: This paper introduces a new technology to fix the bulkhead of aluminum alloy fuel tank with large volume (over 400L). Through production verification and after-sale feedback, the new technology of plate fixed effectively overcome the barrier of tractor aluminum tank mobility problems, diaphragm loose rock lead to a large number of aluminum powder, to form a new failure mode, the new craft not only make the diaphragm assembly more solid, so as to improve the service life of aluminum tank, and improved the car of tractor user experience.

摘要: 文章介绍了一种新的大容积(400 L 以上)铝合金燃油箱隔板固定技术。通过生产验证及售后反馈,这种 隔板固定的新工艺有效克服了牵引车铝油箱的隔板松动脱落问题、隔板松动晃动导致产生大量铝粉,形成新的失效模式,新工艺不但使隔板装配更加牢固,从而提高了铝油箱的使用寿命,并且改善了牵引车用户的用车体验。
