Abstract: As the main component of the whole vehicle, the quality of parts and components often affects the quality of the whole vehicle. Once the quality of the parts does not meet the qualified standards, it will pose a certain threat to the life and safety of consumers and cause accidents. This article discusses and researches heavy truck parts manufacturing enterprises based on the IATF16949 quality management system, analyzes the status of parts production based on the actual operation of the company, conducts strategic research on the quality control of the parts production process, and proposes IATF16949 quality management system improvement suggestions. It provides a useful reference for the quality management activities of parts production.

摘要： 零部件作为整车主要组成部分，其质量往往影响着整车的质量，一旦零部件质量没有达到合格标准，会对 消费者的生命安全构成一定威胁，造成事故。文章对基于 IATF16949 质量管理体系生产的重卡零部件制造企业进 行探讨研究，结合公司实际运行情况，对零部件生产现状进行分析，对零部件生产过程质量管控进行策略研究， 提 出 IATF16949 质量管理体系改进建议，为零部件生产质量管理活动提供了有益的参考。
