Abstract: This paper makes full use of 8D analysis method and explain the function of each stage of 8D analysis. Combined with the actual failure situation, carried out the parts with the effective analysis, verification and implementation. Thus, the influence factors of the pressing force of the bush structure are analyzed comprehensively and systematically. Theoretically, the effects of interference, fit length and friction coefficient of swing arm seat and bushing are clarified. Through the verification of the product, it shows that the method has the effectiveness and rationality of solving problems, and provides us with the direction of solving similar problems, which has guiding significance.

摘要: 文章说明了 8D 分析的每一阶段的作用。结合实际发生的失效情况,对零件进行了有效地分析、验证和实施。从而全面、系统地分析了该结构的衬套压入力的影响因素。从理论上,明确了摆臂座和衬套的过盈量、配合长度和摩擦系数的作用。通过产品的验证,证实了该方法具有解决问题的有效性和合理性,为我们提供了解决类似问 题的方法,具有一定的指导意义。
