Research on the Prediction Method of Driving Resistance of Heavy-Duty Vehicles under Arbitrary Loads

重型车任意载荷行驶阻力预测方法研究

Abstract: The driving resistance of a vehicle under arbitrary load is the foundation for conducting dynamic simulation and chassis dynamometer testing. Based on the sliding test results of heavy vehicles under a certain load, this paper proposes coasting momentum method and coasting equal power method based on the principle of momentum conservation and power conservation to predict the resistance performance of vehicles under full load quickly and accurately. In addition, an exhaustive optimization algorithm is proposed to further improve the prediction accuracy. The accuracy of the above methods is verified using an N3 dump truck, and the study found that both the coast-down momentum method and the coast-down equal power method provided better prediction results than the interpolation method, with errors controlled within 10%. Although both methods demonstrated strong correlation with initial known data, the sliding momentum method exhibited broader applicability and higher accuracy

摘要: 车辆在任意载荷下的行驶阻力是开展动力学仿真和底盘测功机测试的基础。文章根据 重型车在某载荷下滑行试验结果,基于动量守恒和功率守恒的原理提出滑行动量法、滑行等 功率法,以快速、准确预测车辆全载荷区间阻力表现。此外,文章提出穷举优化算法进一步 提升预测精度,基于一台 N3 自卸车对以上方法开展了精度验证,发现滑行动量法和滑行等功 率法预测结果均优于插值法,误差控制在 10%以内;滑行动量法和滑行等功率法预测精度与 初始已知数据强相关,但滑行动量法适用范围更广,精度更高。
