汽车碰撞中高压线束挤压失效及保护措施

Abstract: With the increasing number of new energy vehicles, and the safety of the high-voltage circuit in the crash conditions has attracted more and more attention. For new energy vehicles in the development of collision safety performance, how to evaluate the high tension line harness insulation failure and determine the protection measures of this problem, this paper puts forward a subsystem for the high tension wire harness extrusion condition test method, the method can effectively determine the high voltage line harness, and its commonly used protection measures in different extrusion conditions can withstand the insulation failure limit load. At the same time, the design diameter is 30 mm, 60 mm and 120 mm, and taking the 50 mm 2 high voltage harness as an example, the insulation failure limit load is obtained by this method, so as to provide basis and guidance for the design protection of the high voltage harness in the crash condition.

摘要: 新能源汽车的数量日益增多,其在碰撞工况中的高压电路安全受到越来越多的关注。 针对新能源汽车在碰撞安全性能开发中,如何评价高压线束的绝缘失效以及确定其保护措施 这一问题,文章提出一种针对高压线束挤压工况的子系统试验方法,该方法可有效测定高压 线束,以及其常用保护措施在不同挤压工况中所能承受的绝缘失效极限载荷。同时,设计直 径为 30 mm、60 mm 以及 120 mm 三种尺寸的冲击头,以选取 50 mm 2 的高压线束为例,通过 该方法获取其绝缘失效极限载荷,为碰撞工况中高压线束的设计保护提供依据和指导。
