Abstract: Establishing E-drive transmission’s housing assembly model based on CETOL software to calculate the relative radial displacement and tolerance between two support bearing seats on housings both for input shaft and output shaft. Using Romax software to set up system analysis model and set different displacement groups on bearing outer rings, then make gear mesh misalignment and TE result comparisons to estimate its influences.

摘要: 基于 CETOL 6σ for CATIA 软件建立某个纯电动汽车变速器壳体装配模型,分别计算对应输入轴和输出轴 上支撑轴承的壳体轴承座孔的相对径向偏移量公差。利用 Romax Designer 软件建立变速器的系统分析模型,同时将轴承座孔的相对径向偏移量施加在轴承外圈上,分析不同偏移量组合条件下,对齿轮错位量及 TE 值的影响。
