Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of precision plug gauge with gauge to solve the problem of measuring inner hole with high tolerance. The structure and advantages of the gauge are described in detail. The process and method of measuring system analysis of linear error, measuring tool capability index Cg/Cgk, repeatability and reproducibility R&R are described.
